After all, you weren't born with a cigarette hanging from your lip, so all of the years before you started smoking were years that you didn't miss it at all, right? You won't miss smoking once you quite although back-slidng and taking up the habit again is common. But just never give up in your desire to quit. Eventually, you will quit and not look back ever again. 2) Nutrition is important since nicotine strips minerals and B-vitamins out of your system. Vitamin B and nicotine have a similar molecular shape. So, much of the craving for nicotine is actually your body craving the B-vitamins that you are missing.
