Many more interesting things occurred during this amazing trip to Oakland but the main event was Li Hong-Shi, himself. Ask yourself what kind of a man can cause the entire membership of the Communist Party of China to simultaneously crap in their pants from fear? What kind of a man can bring millions of Chinese to brave tortures and beatings, rape, brainwashing, imprisonment, starvation, forced labor, social stigma, loss of employment, and psychiatric mind destruction? What kind of a man could induce ordinary people to drive, fly or walk long distances just to be in his presence for a couple of hours? Actually, as he willingly admits, he is just an ordinary man, no different than you or I -- except that he gets up at five o'clock in the morning to practice deep breathing and slow movements. Although the entire day was organized as an eight-hour exercise in joyous bliss, Li Hong-Shi was actually on stage for less than two hours. And when he made his appearance, he was greeted with thunderous applause. And after he gave his simple and unassuming lecture, I wondered what was all of the enthusiasm about? There are many kinds of Qi Gong. The word, itself, means "breath work". It is a type of meditation so that the inner person is improved through the methods of deep breathing and mental concentration. And it is often practiced with various static postures and slow movements. But none of the postures or slow movements are the goal of Qi Gong, rather they are the means of circulating the inner breath throughout the body. Oh yes! The entire body breathes, not just the lungs like the Jew doctors want you to believe. Qi Gong is famous in China for curing diseases and promoting good health. And it is vital to an in-depth understanding of Chinese martial arts or medical acupuncture and culture. Without a direct and first-hand knowledge of Qi, none of the opinions of the so-called Western "experts" or "authorities" on China are worth a rat's fart. The Chinese have practiced various styles of Qi Gong for at least 5,000 years. And all of the 10,000 varieties of Qi Gong are not only accepted but they are approved by the Communist Party of China. But why do the Commies oppose Fa Lun Gong and not any other kind of Qi Gong? It all has to do with the GOALS of those who practice Qi Gong versus the basic evil tendencies of anything Jewish -- including Communism. In all of the parks and retreats across China, the various Qi Gong players strive to circulate their Life Force --their Qi -- around their bodies, through their acupuncture meridians and into the marrow of their bones. They do this for good health and for an alert and enlightened mind. Good health and long life and freedom from disease and old age, is their goal. Even a demonic Jew or a criminal Commie wants this for themselves. All of these benefits are achieved automatically by the Fa Lun Gong people. But this is not their ultimate goal. Through the simple sitting and standing methods, these people are actually aiming toward the ancient Buddhist and Taoist goal of ultimate enlightenment and immortality. They experience not only higher states of consciousness but also the attainment of various supernatural powers and intuitive insights. Transcendence to a higher plane of reality and purification of body, mind and soul is their goal. The good health that they also experience is, to them, a mere side benefit. Isn't this a wonderful and a noble goal? Then why would the Commies be opposed to this? When you understand that Communism is the invention and the monster-child of the world's greatest liars and deceivers - the Jews - then you can begin to understand why the Commies oppose Fa Lun Gong. Nothing frightens a liar more than does the truth. The basic slogan of Fa Lun Gong is this: "Truth, Compassion and Tolerance." And so, when you have a philosophy and qi gong system whose practitioners strive to attain a metaphysical realization while practicing "Truth, Compassion and Tolerance" in their daily lives, then it is bound to come into conflict with both Communism and the Jews. Both Communism and Judaism can only exist through the practice of "Lies, Deceit and Intolerant Brutality." And so, when the Red Chinese realized that what had appeared within their midst was the practice of "Truth, Compassion and Tolerance" and a yearning for spiritual comfort, they quickly suppressed it. Starting with a media campaign of "Lies and Deceit", the Commies slandered and demonized the Fa Lun Gong people of China and then ruthlessly beat and killed tens of thousands of them. They were aided in this by the Jews of the Western Media Monopoly outside of China. The Qi Gong methods taught by Li Hong-Shi are not so very different from any other kind of Qi Gong. All of his techniques are found in other Qi Gong systems. But it is his emphasis on the other-worldly aspect of meditation and its practice in daily life among ordinary people that makes his system unique. Of course, Communism is opposed to anything that even resembles religion and suppresses it ruthlessly while the Jews of the West slander and besmirch any religious leaders or systems here in the West. So, whether in China or under the relentless slanders of the Jewish Media in the West, Fa Lun Gong has not had an easy path - but still it flourishes. If you read Li Hong-Shi's book you will find that it contains a lot of interesting facts along with a lot of un-provable assertions. After all, when someone says that they have penetrated the very depths of the universe while sitting in a lotus position, can you prove him wrong? These claims have been made by many religious adepts, gurus and saddhus of the past and those who have followed their advice have admitted the advice to be true. For example, the modern astronomers congratulate themselves for discovering that the Universe is expanding but they don't know if it will ever stop and contract back into a Primal Spark again or not. But the Aryan yogis of India -- those blue-eyed and pale complexioned Aryans who wrote the Vedas -- they discovered the expanding universe four thousand years ago merely through the development of the Meditative Mind. It is a strange thing about deep meditation in that the farther IN your go, the farther OUT you can see. And these Aryan yogis could see that the universe does, indeed, stop and contract since it is the very breath of Brahma. And they called this eternal expansion and contraction "Brahma's Day and Brahma's Night". As Brahma exhaled, the Universe expanded into Creation. And as Brahma inhaled, the Universe was absorbed into His Self. That's my view of it anyway. However, it really doesn't matter what Li Hong-Shi's philosophy is -- that is, if you can figure it out. He has blended a variety of Taoist, Buddhist, Hindu and other ideas into a tossed salad that makes sense to him and amazes those who don't understand it. But it really doesn't matter. Anyone who sits in a cross-legged posture for one hour, out of doors, come rain or cold, come summer or winter, and then stands with their arms in the air for another hour, is sure to learn something unique. And what they realize about themselves on the Inside is certainly a mystery to anyone looking in from the Outside. So, don't try to understand any special philosophy but rather try the exercises for yourself if you are able to and aren't too tired from watching TV. I do not think Li Hong-Shi's philosophy is anything great since I have read all of the world's great religious scriptures and can see that he has made a few minor errors. But I have practiced his Fa Lun Qi Gong and the results are quite excellent. Although I don't practice the sitting meditation, because at five o'clock in the morning I would rather be moving around and keeping warm with Tai Chi practice than sitting like an ice cube. And even though the Fa Lun people all rave about the sitting methods, I find that the standing methods alone really produce some wonderful results. The evil Jews of the Medical Monopoly would love to sell you a pill that produces the great healing and stress-reducing results that are found in Fa Lun Gong practice. Perhaps this is part of the reason that the Jews are opposed to Fa Lun Gong - it loses them business in the medical, pharmaceutical and funeral industries. I have practiced other kinds of Qi Gong along with Tai Chi Chuan, so the benefits are excellent for me and in a shorter time. But here are some of the things that I have discovered that Fa Lun Gong produces and this is not counting any spiritual benefits, which are unique to each person. Fa Lun Gong reduces blood pressure, stress and tension. It allows the free circulation of Chi, blood and lymph into and around the internal organs and revitalizes them. It straightens the posture and un-kinks the nerves, which allows for healing. It reduces tension on the fascia and smoothes the flow of nerve energy in the spine. It revitalizes the internal organs and allows for both nerve energy and fluids to circulate freely. It reduces facial wrinkles and brain pressure and allows for the youthful vigor to once again assert itself. These are general results but results that no medical physician can equal. And Fa Lun Gong practice produces all of this for free. For Free! No wonder the Jews are outraged for these people to be walking around loose! So, how can one, simple man like Li Hong-Shi save the world? When you, yourself, practice his Fa Lun Gong exercises and thus use your own power to save yourself from illness and old age and realize the full potential of your health and spiritual immortality - then by one person at a time, does Li Hong-Shi save the world. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Jewish Bankers Destabilize Ecuador Yesterday, in Quito, Ecuador, President Lucio Gutierrez was ousted from elected power by the escalating violence of street protests. Elected in 2002 on a populist and anti-corruption platform, he seemed to be a good choice for the Ecuadorian people. However, because his power base was composed of a Leftist constituency, these cowards were quick to abandon their boy as soon as their fellow Leftists in the streets began to make noises. This is a common technique of the Commies, to use crowds of screaming hooligans to frighten cowardly politicians. Gutierrez was like any other leader of a Third World country whose lands and natural resources were coveted by the International bankers. These swindlers in business suits pretend to strive for "eliminating poverty" but in fact their only goal is profit and power. Such institutions as the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund are nothing but ravenous parasites dressed as bankers. They lend money to corrupt Third World leaders knowing that the money can never be repaid, and then they seize as their collateral mines and factories and the very sustenance of the People. In the case of Ecuador, the bankers wanted total control of the food supplies, water and bottled gas of the entire country. After all, there are big profits to be made when the people have no choice. And so when Gutierrez instituted austerity measures that included cuts in food subsidies and cooking fuel in order to pay off the Bankers, the people rioted. And they never write anything that might reflect badly on the American soldiers fighting in Iraq to protect Israeli oil interests in the Middle East. The Jews want our soldiers to keep fighting for them so they don't give bad news to the people back home. So, when 11,000 Americans who served in Gulf War I have died from the effects of radioactive dust spewed into the air from their use of depleted uranium (DU) munitions, you never hear a word about it. DU munitions are very dense so they make great armor-piercing shells. And they are very expensive, so they make great products of the Jewish munitions factories. And they are a wonderful way to get rid of waste products of the Jewish-owned nuclear industry. But this dust has been shown as the cause of Gulf War Syndrome. So, go ahead and try! Where in your daily paper will your find such news? "Eleven thousand Americans dead from Jewish profiteering", makes a terrible advertisement from those wonderful people who bring you the news. -- source, American Free Press, ----------------------------------------------------------------- Casualties Rise While Vet Care Disintegrates It is not generally understood why the Veterans Administration has taken such poor care of our veterans over the years. This is because the Leftists and Jews in the government try to give as little as possible to the veterans as a means of inducing low moral. And as every soldier knows, moral is the top priority in any army. And moral is the top priority in any nation. And so these cowardly betrayers eat away at the national moral fabric by attacking and abandoning the wounded and the lame. Ask yourself why a great nation such as the United States, led by a scoundrel like George Bush -- while fighting a war -- would chop $351 million from veterans nursing homes by serving 28,000 fewer residents and eliminate $104 million in state grants while also eliminating 3,000 Department of Veterans Affairs employees while a backlog of 700,000 claims exist. The answer is that the government is attempting to pay off the bogus National Debt which is nothing more than a fraud perpetrated by the private International Jewish bankers who control the Federal Reserve Banking Swindle. Return the country to Constitutional Money and the National Debt vanishes along with most of the reasons we are forced into war. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Minutemen Protecting Borders American patriots, tired of the treasonous government doing nothing about stemming the flow of illegal aliens into our midst, have taken it upon themselves to guard the borders with Mexico. Known as the Minuteman Project, these Americans civilians are doing a great job of apprehending illegal Mexican aliens from entering the United States. But more needs to be done. Whenever govenemnt proves to be ineffective, it is the duty of the citizens to take over from these lazy slackers known as politicians. It is not enough for the Minutemen to be guarding the borders. What is also needed is the Minutemen and Klansmen to be rounding up the Mexicans who are already in the country and shipping them back to where they came from.
