Our teeth and skeletons are made of it. And the functioning of heart muscles and all cells of the body depend upon it. Older people, especially, are urged to take calcium supplements to prevent brittle bones. But while the Western physicians pretend to offer their advice for your benefit, they actually say nothing about those things in modern society that cause calcium depletion. They can tell you "take more calcium" because this appears to be good advice and it is good advice. But they do nothing about giving you the knowledge that you need to avoid calcium depletion in the first place. The bones are a living tissue which are constantly being renewed and refurbished. Old calcium in the bones is moved into solution in the blood and replaced with new calcium. In fact, your entire skeleton is completely replaced with new material every eight years. Every eight years you get a new skeleton. How wonderful, the human body! How perfect a Creation! But if you do not have enough calcium in your diet, then over time, this skeleton becomes weaker. Calcium in the blood works as an acid/alkali buffer. Since the blood must maintain a range of pH levels that normally should be slightly alkaline, it is calcium that helps keep the level at the proper pH. Certain depleted products such as white flour, sugar, white rice and other junk foods cause the pH to fall into the acid level. At such a time, your body moves calcium out of the bones and into the blood to buffer this change and move it back toward the alkaline levels. As I stand in the line of the supermarket checkout lines, I can observe the foods that Americans subsist on, especially the elderly. For their entire lives, these older Americans have trusted their ignorant doctors and the swindling crooks who operate the junk food industries. And now in their twilight years they are still eating the foods that these traitors have suggested to them. Candies and pastries, alcohol, TV dinners, canned vegetables with sugar, all of the countless things that have been devised to rob Americans of their health and their money at the same time, are piled into the shopping baskets. But what happens when these things are eaten? They create that burning acid feeling in the stomach as they change into acidic products during digestion. This acidity is passed into the blood which reduces oxygen levels and creates pre-cancerous conditions. And the calcium from the bones is mobilized and depleted to neutralize these acids. Most of you men who drink alcohol in bars and who read this might remember looking into the bottoms of the urinals of the men's restroom and seeing thick deposits of a white substance in these urinals. That is not calcium deposits from the water, it is the calcium that has been urinated out of all of the drunks who have used that urinal. They have drunk alcohol, which has acidified their blood which has caused a mobilization of calcium in their bodies which has caused them to piss away their skeletons. There are many things which cause us to lose calcium -- junk food and alcohol being the worst causes. But to regain calcium, here is a simple method. No one likes to eat an egg omelet and to bite down on a piece of egg shell that has accidentally been left in the skillet. It hurts the teeth to do this. However, that egg shell is a pure source of calcium. If you take a piece of egg shell and bite down on it in tiny, little bites so as to crush it with multiple stampings, you can painlessly crush that egg shell into a powder that dissolves in your mouth and is easily digested in your stomach. I do this whenever I cook a boiled egg. It might sound strange, but I make the shell of the egg a part of the meal by crushing into a powder some of the shell with my teeth and swallowing it. Yes, it might sound strange to you. But what sounds even stranger to me is for Western physicians to give children Retalin and to lie to the elderly about the cause of their arthritis all the while ignoring the causes found in devitalized foods. But since the Jews are the cause and the beneficiaries of junk foods and since Jews are the beneficiaries and monopolists of the Western Medical Monopoly, you won't find any cures from them. Selling people foods that cause illness and then selling them medicines to alleviate the symptoms while avoiding any real cure, now that is very much more than strange. It is evil. But this is the system that has been developed in the West by some very evil creatures who have banded together to form the Jewish Medical Conspiracy. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Mexican Taco Munchers by William Forrest Such a pleasant Friday morning I had, sipping coffee, nibbling a croissant and enjoying the California sunshine. I tried to ignore the gnarly sound of a leaf blower across the parking lot as I sat at my favorite outdoor café sidewalk and perused the morning Jewspaper. The headline in the "San Jose Mercury-News" was "Latinos now biggest minority in U.S." [6/19/03] This is not really news to anybody living in California since these escapees from the slums and chicken farms of Mexico are everywhere evident. Thanks to "free trade", open borders and the Jews of the Clinton-era gang, you cannot close your eyes and throw a rock in any direction without hitting one. Throughout the Southwest and spreading into the rest of the States, the Mexicans are as thick as flies on a day-old taco. Even that greasy-haired young Mexican with the leaf blower who was busily blasting dirt and leaves into the air probably still had scratches on his back from crawling under the fence on the Mexican border. He certainly looked wild enough. He glanced at me from under his baseball cap as I sipped my coffee and then he quickly put his eyes back on the ground while waving the barrel of the leaf blower back and forth as he hedged his way in my direction. The paper claimed that Latinos have now surpassed Negroes as the nation's largest minority. So, this means that all of the low-skilled jobs that the Negroes once had are now in the hands of foreigners. And with all of those unemployed Negroes roaming about, this means that there will be an increase in Negro burglaries, robberies and drug dealing since they don't have anything else to do with their spare time. With rampant illegal immigration, there are few jobs for the Negroes since the Mexicans have most of them. With shrinking opportunities, the only thing that pays a living wage to a Negro is crime and welfare. And when he steals a TV or a bucket of fried chicken and gets sent to jail, the Jewish media in their limitless hypocrisy puts all of the blame for the Negroes being out of work on the white people of this country. From what I can understand of the reasoning of the Jewish lawyers and newspaper publishers is this: There are so many blacks in jail not because they were out of work and had to kill somebody for some spare change or had to deal some crack to buy food but they are all in jail because most of the judges are white. The Jews are great at pointing their fingers at everybody except themselves. So, now we have two million people in prison and the overly large black percentage of them believes that they are there because of prejudiced white people instead of because of their own criminal actions. Thus, the Negroes are a prime source of income for Jewish lawyers and slum lords, drug smugglers and prison guards. Thanks to the Jews, the Negroes are becoming the eternal fall-guy, living at the bottom of the heap to be stepped upon by everybody. The American Dream for the Negro has been stolen by the Jews and given to the Mexicans. It is not because the Jews have any special love of Mexicans but because they can take greater advantage of poverty-stricken Mexicans desperate for a better life than they can of relatively better off American Blacks who were actually making progress in their lives before the Mexicans were brought in. This Jewspaper front-page article was celebrating "our diversity" as it enthusiastically listed this "Latino milestone" with pie charts and bar charts showing how wonderful it was to have these brown-skinned foreigners displacing our black-skinned and white- skinned Americans in jobs and living space. But watch out! Whenever the Jews find joy in something, you'd better tie down your kids and valuables because there is a swindle in the wind. As I read the latest statistics on the "wonderful gains" of the Mexicans, I couldn't help but gaze once again at the young Mexican and his leaf blower as I chewed on my croissant. I was wondering if he was going to stop that noisy leaf blower or not and turn around the other way since he was approaching closely in my direction. But being a white man who was raised with the American ethic of being kind and courteous to my fellow men, I wasn't concerned about getting dirt blown on me because in America we are all equal, according to the Jewspaper that I was reading. We are all equal partners in this great Jewish experiment of destroying nations with "free trade", open borders, limitless immigration, increased crime, drugs and pornography that profits the Jews so much, all bundled under the red-herring of "diversity" and "affirmative action" and other alias monikers. So, I felt content beneath the summer sunshine and fresh air of this California morning. And according to the Jewspaper that I was reading, out of the tens of millions of Hispanics living in the United States, only FORTY PERCENT of them are here legally and are citizens. But why should I be concerned with the statistic that SIXTY PERCENT of the Mexicans roaming around in my country are alien criminals from a foreign country? Aren't we all part of that wonderful thing called "diversity" where we become a stronger nation by bringing in millions and millions of foreigners who hate us but who covet our land and our goods? And according to the Jewish lawyers and media moguls, we need more and more of this kind of diversity. My deep cogitations on this subject were cut short by a gust of oily gasoline fumes, gritty air, grass clippings and a dead beetle being blown onto my table. I looked up quickly enough to see the malicious grin of the Mexican before he hid his face behind the bill of his baseball cap while pretending not to see me as he concentrated on his job of clearing the gutters of debris. Only the yellow noise-mufflers he was wearing on his ears saved him from the obscene and nasty shrieks of rage that blasted volcanically from my croissant-filled mouth. I jumped to my feet in a rage. But he was then just turning away as if I wasn't even there while he continued to blow the gutters with his noisy contraption. Well, I wasn't going to sit around and get dirt all over me. And smashing him in the face with my fist would get me arrested. So, I got into my car fuming about these damned - shall I call them Latrine-ohs? I drove across town to the Target department store where there was a nice row of bushes to park against and finish reading my paper. The parking lot was clean and had been blown off earlier that morning so I knew that I could relax, read the paper and wait for my work shift to begin. And so, I parked and opened the page to finish reading about how wonderful it is that the Latrinos will soon be taking away from the Negroes all of their hard won and precarious positions in our society including jobs and benefits but -- not to worry -- this will make the Negroes "a vibrant force in the U.S. economy." I was wondering about how displacing the Negroes in jobs and opportunities will make them so much better off, according the to the Jewish writers of this news piece, when a vacuum truck pulled up and stopped behind my car blocking me in. This was the parking lot vacuum truck from the store and out jumped a young Mexican who quickly shouldered a leaf blower and began blowing dirt around the gutter in front of my car. I rolled up the windows as he approached. But he just walked up as if I was invisible as he blew dirt all around me. When he was standing next to my front fender blasting dirty air under the engine compartment, I shoved open the door suddenly and almost managed to hit the bastard as if he, too, was not even there. But all it did was give him a fright. "What are you doing?" he yelped over the noise of the leaf blower. "Get away from here, you shit-head!" I shrieked. "Don't blow that crap around my car!" But this young Latrino wasn't at all intimidated with the outraged shouts from a gray-haired, balding old man. And in fact, a gleam of triumph came into his eye as he shouted above the din, "This is my job! You get out of here or I'll call the police!" Now, the police who answer calls from Mexicans here in California are most often Mexican police. You know the kind, the ones who wipe a tear from their eyes as they lament that as kids they were illegal immigrants who had left fifty-cents-a-day jobs in Mexico so that they could starve to death picking lettuce in California for five dollars an hour. Or should I say, they are Mexican- American police since they now have their papers from the Jews in the INS claiming them to be genuine Americans. I have had dealings with them before when I argue with Mexicans and they certainly have nothing but sympathy for their fellow greasers. To them, I am a white whiner while the Mexican who has assaulted me is their brother. "Call whoever you want to, Cavrone, you already swept this parking lot and now you're here harassing me. Get the hell away from me!" I shouted and sat back in my car and gave him a middle- finger salute. So, he jumped into his sweeper truck, wrote down my license plate number and drove off. Well, I wasn't going to wait around for the cops to show up but I wanted to finish reading my paper. The library was open so I knew that at least there, I could get away from the damned Latrinos. So, I drove out of the parking lot and turned into the street, just behind a garbage truck that was driven by a fat Mexican. I followed the truck half way up the street where it stopped, blocking one lane of the street just as another garbage truck driving the opposite way stopped and blocked the other lane. These two Mexican garbage truck drivers must have been long lost friends who hadn't seen each other since their morning coffee break because they were grinning and talking to each other as if they hadn't a care in the world while they plugged the street with their giant garbage trucks. I tooted my car horn politely. The one facing me looked and the one facing away from me looked in his rearview mirror. Yes, there was an angry old, white guy sitting in a car in the street alright, that much they could see. So, they turned away and continued their conversation. I am not very fluent in Spanish but I know every single Mexican swear word that there is. These, I blasted at these two Latrinos along with a constant blare of my car horn. The Mexican facing me looked and smirked and went back to his conversation. I backed up shouting obscenities in two languages, both toward them and their mothers, heartily saluted both of them, turned into a restaurant parking lot, drove around the building and back onto the street. Again I saluted the first Mexican with my left middle digit as I turned right toward the library. "Oh," I mumbled to myself, "I'd love to kick their asses." Well, the first Mexican garbage truck followed me down the street. "It's just a coincidence, " I thought, nervously. "But if he's looking for trouble, I'll beat him to a pulp." I turned into the library parking lot. The garbage truck followed. "Oh, so he wants trouble, does he? Well, I'll give him more trouble than he ever dreamed of," as I fingered the buttons on my cell phone to make sure I could remember how to dial 911. I pulled into a parking slot and the garbage truck pulled up next to the dumpster. I got out of my car and walked toward him, cell phone in hand. Now an American garbage truck is a really big machine. Everything on it is huge so that it dwarfs in size mere men. But this particular garbage truck was also hauling the biggest Mexican I had ever seen, a full paunch and thick arms were all packed down under a dirty, white-straw ranchers hat. As he stepped down out of the cab, it seemed like the entire truck raised up on its suspension a couple of inches in reduced weight. "Do you have a problem?" he snarled as he looked down at short, little, old me. "Because if you do, I will get on the radio and get the cops out here to solve that problem for you." And so, it was a Mexican stand-off. Both of us standing there under the hot sun, trigger fingers itching to press the buttons that would blast our adversary into the distant reaches of the local jail. Manhood had nothing to do with it. Bravery had nothing to do with it. Righteousness had nothing to do with it. We were both fully prepared to settle our differences by having the Mexican police come to our rescue. "Tu madre", I told him as I turned away, walked into the library and finished reading about how wonderful our "diversity" is. According to the Jewish and Mexican writers of the news article, it is a fantastically wonderful event for all Americans everywhere about which we should all be jumping for joy. As the Jewspaper elatedly reports: "Latinos have surpassed blacks as the nation's largest minority, marking a milestone that foreshadows nationally what Californians have understood for years: From political clout to cultural influence, Latinos are reshaping the landscape." But if you are white, or if you are black, part of that landscape ... the Mexicans intend to blow into your face. And the Jews are right there letting them through the door and cheering them on. Ah, the Jews! Hundreds of newspaper stories and TV reports have covered this event but not one revealed how England first gained control of Hong Kong! The truth lies buried in the family line of David Sassoon, "The Rothschilds of The Far East," and their monopoly over the opium trade. Britain won Hong Kong by launching the opium Wars to give the Sassoons exclusive rights to drug an entire nation! David Sassoon was born in Baghdad, Iran in 1792. His father, Saleh Sassoon, was a wealthy banker and the treasurer to Ahmet Pasha, the governor of Baghdad. (Thus making him the "court Jew" - a highly influential position.) In 1829 Ahmet was overthrown due to corruption and the Sassoon family fled to Bombay, India. This was the strategic trade route to interior India and the gateway to the Far East. In a brief time the British government granted Sassoon "monopoly rights" to all manufacture of cotton goods, silk and most important of all - Opium - then the most addictive drug in the world! The Jewish Encyclopedia of 1905, states that Sassoon expanded his opium trade into China and Japan. He placed his eight sons in charge of the various major opium exchanges in China. According to the 1944 Jewish Encyclopedia: "He employed only Jews in his business, and wherever he sent them he built synagogues and schools for them. He imported whole families of fellow Jews. . . and put them to work." Sassoon's sons were busy pushing this mind-destroying drug in Canton, China. Between 1830 - 1831 they trafficked 18,956 chests of opium earning millions of dollars. Part of the profits went to Queen Victoria and the British government. In the year 1836 the trade increased to over 30,000 chests and drug addiction in coastal cities became endemic. In 1839, the Manchu Emperor ordered that it be stopped. He named the Commissioner of Canton, Lin Tse-hsu, to lead a campaign against opium. Lin seized 2,000 chests of Sassoon opium and threw it into the river. An outraged David Sassoon demanded that Great Britain retaliate. Thus, the Opium Wars began with the British Army fighting as mercenaries of the Sassoons. They attacked cities and blockaded ports. The Chinese Army, decimated by 10 years of rampant opium addiction, proved no match for the British Army. The war ended in 1839 with the signing of "The Treaty of Nanking." This included provisions especially designed to guarantee the Sassoons the right to enslave an entire population with opium. The "peace treaty" included these provisions: "1) Full legalization of the opium trade in China, 2) compensation from the opium stockpiles confiscated by Lin of 2 million pounds, 3) territorial sovereignty for the British Crown over several designated offshore islands. Sassoon's Use British Army to Drug An Entire Nation British Prime Minister Palmerston wrote Crown Commissiner Captain Charles Elliot that the treaty didn't go far enough. He said it should have been rejected out of hand because: "After all, our naval power is so strong that we can tell the Emperor what we mean to hold rather than what he would cede. We must demand the admission of opium into interior China as an article of lawful commerce and increase the indemnity payments and British access to several additional Chinese ports." Thus, China not only had to pay Sassoon the cost of his dumped opium but reimburse England an unheard sum of 21 million pounds for the cost of the war! This gave the Sassoon's monopoly rights to distribute opium in port cities. However, even this was not good enough and Sassoon demanded the right to sell opium throughout the nation. The Manchus resisted and the British Army again attacked in the "Second Opium War" fought 1858 - 1860. Palmerston declared that all of interior China must be open for uninterrupted opium traffic. The British suffered a defeat at the Taku Forts in June 1859 when sailors, ordered to seize the forts, were run aground in the mud-choked harbor. Several hundred were killed or captured. An enraged Palmerston said: "We shall teach such a lesson to these perfidious hordes that the name of Europe will hereeafter be a passport of fear." In October, the British besieged Peking. When the city fell, British commander Lord Elgin, ordered the temples and other sacred shrines in the city sacked and burned to the ground as a show of Britain's absolute comtempt for the Chinese. In the new "Peace Treaty" of Oct.25, 1860, the British were assigned rights to vastly expanded opium trade covering seven-eights of China, which brought in over 20 million pounds in 1864 alone. In that year, the Sassoons imported 58,681 chests of opium and by 1880 it had skyrocketed to 105,508 chests making the Sassoons the richest Jews in the world. England was given the Hong Kong peninsula as a colony and large sections of Amoy, Canton, Foochow, Ningpo and Shanghai. The Sassoons were now licensing opium dens in each British occupied area with large fees being collected by their Jewish agents. Sassoon would not allow any other race to engage in "the Jews' business." However, the British government would not allow any opium to be imported into Europe! Sassoon "Monopoly Rights" Wrecked Lancashire - England's Textile Industry - Made Roosevelt Wealthy Sir Albert Sassoon, the eldest of David Sassoon's sons took over the family "business" empire. He constructed huge textile mills in Bombay to pay slave labor wages. This expansion continued after World War One and ended up putting mills in Lancashire, England out of business with thousands losing their jobs. This did not stop Queen Victoria from having Albert knighted in 1872. Solomon Sassoon moved to Hong Kong and ran the family business there until his death in 1894. Later, the entire family moved to England because with modern communications they could operate their financial empire from their luxurious estates in London. They socialized with royalty and Edward Albert. Sassoon married Aline Caroline de Rothschild in 1887 which linked their fortune with that of the Rothschilds. The Queen also had Edward knighted. All 14 of the grandsons of David Sassoon were made officers during World War One and thus most were able to avoid combat. Franklin D. Roosevelt's fortune was inherited from his maternal grandfather Warren Delano [a Portuguese Jew]. In 1830 he was a senior partner of Russell & Company. It was their merchant fleet which carried Sassoon's opium to China and returned with tea. Warren Delano moved to Newburgh, N.Y. [from where he had the opium monopoly for supplying the Civil War medical needs]. In 1851 his daughter Sara Married a well-born neighbor, James Roosevelt - the father of Franklin Delano Roosevelt. [Thus, FDR's mother was Jewish.] He always knew the origin of the family fortune but refused to discuss it. The Sassoon opium trade brought death and destruction to millions and still plagues Asia to this day. Their company was totally operated by Jews ONLY! The corrupt British monarchy honored them with privilege and knighthood - to the disgrace of the Crown! To this day the Sassoons are in the history books as "great developers" of India but the source of their vast wealth is never mentioned! -- by The Truth At Last, ----------------------------------------------------------------- Ethnic Cleansing of Aryans by Julius Streiker For the last 50 years the Jews and their lackeys have exposed all Aryan nations to ethnic cleansing - a cleansing never seen in the history of mankind before. During WW2 more than 20 million Germans were killed by the Jews and their allies. Additionally, some 10 million Aryans fighting for the Jews were killed. All this killing was part of the Jewish wish to get rid of all Aryans, especially those of German descent. But worse than the killing during WW2 was the ethnic cleansing that took place after WW2. The Jews forced people of Aryan blood to move away from their homeland - a homeland their families had had for more than 300 years. How have the Jews and their lackeys carried out their ethnic cleansing? It all started after WW2 as the Jews demanded all Germans living in Eastern Europe be moved from their homeland to Germany. This was part of the Morgenthau Plan, a plan launched by former US Secretary Morgenthau. The plan was to transform Germany into a small agricultural country with some 20 million inhabitants. As Jews understood this and other plans they had produced could not be carried out they decided to cleanse Germany of German blood by forcing immigration of non-Germans into Germany. The ethnic cleansing in Germany is well-known to most people. But have you heard of the cleansing which has been going on in the Scandinavian countries? I guess not. Scandinavia During the 1920s and ‘30s communist and liberal propagandists spoke about free abortion for women. In all the countries these propagandists were either Jews or had been trained by Jewish agents with the sole purpose of destroying the unique blood of the Scandinavians. Fortunately for Scandinavia the propaganda did not lead to free abortion in any country until the mid-’60s. Today about 50,000 children are killed each year - and all this to serve the Jewish need to kill German blood. For the whole of Europe I estimate the killing to be about one million children. Scandinavians an endangered species In all of Scandinavia live some 22 million Scandinavians. Not all of them have pure Germanic blood, but most do. As such, the population of Scandinavia is in danger. Such a population cannot absorb any foreign blood. In spite of this the Jews and their lackeys have allowed more than 5 million non-Germans to immigrate. Most of these immigrants are Pakistanis, Blacks and Vietnamese. In addition every Scandinavian country has allowed adoption of children from China, Korea and Chile. As the immigrants bear more children than the ethnic Scandinavians, the immigrants will outnumber us very soon. In addition we have all the foreigners marrying Scandinavians - marriages which are promoted by the politicians and the media. The politicians have made laws making it illegal to distance oneself from both the immigrants as well as the adopted children. If any of the foreigners feel he/she is not wanted he/she can have the police take you to court - and you will be fined. Some days ago a building entrepreneur refused to build a garage for a Pakistani. The entrepreneur said Pakistanis were Moslems and Moslems had threatened Norway with terror. (Some newspapers in Saudi Arabia had printed a threat from a member of Al Qaeda, saying Norway should be looked upon the same as the USA, UK and Australia.) The building entrepreneur will be taken to court where he will lose and must pay the Pakistani money. Even though the number of Scandinavians is counted in millions, each and every one of them is a rare species. But unfortunately none of the politicians understand that. Iceland Among the Scandinavian countries Iceland is special and has always been. As the USA needed an airbase in the Northern Atlantic during WW2 they approached the politicians of Iceland, this even though Iceland was a part of Denmark at that time. The USA were granted an airbase, but only if no Negroes ever stayed at the airbase. The Jewish leadership agreed and got their airbase. In the mid-’50s Negro soldiers were seen by some Icelanders at the base. The chief officer of the base was asked to see the President; Iceland was by then an independent republic. The president asked the chief officer and the US ambassador when they were going to shut down the base - as they had brought Negroes to Iceland. That night the Negroes were sent off the base, and no US Negroes entered Iceland any more. But in light of the ethnic cleansing even Iceland has been forced to allow immigration from third world countries. In Iceland you can find the descendants of the horses the Vikings used. Iceland is in fact the only country in the world where such horses are common. To protect these horses and their blood Iceland has a law stating: "If a horse leaves Iceland for any reason it cannot return." But Iceland has no laws preventing its citizens from mixing blood with other peoples. In fact in 1970 Negroes were allowed to live in Iceland, they are conditioned the youth of Iceland to embrace and even celebrate Negro culture (music, partying!!! ) in Third World. In fact if anybody should propose such a law that person would be taken to court. For your information Iceland has a population of some 600,000. Such a small population is very vulnerable when it comes to immigration. Immigration of people from any Scandinavian country would not hurt Iceland as long as those immigrants have Scandinavian blood. Immigration a way to destroy a nation If polar bears on Greenland were about to go extinct, would you import black bears and let them propagate with the polar bears? Of course not. Such a propagation would create a new species. But the Jews and their lackeys say it is OK for Norwegians, Swedes, Danes, Fins and Icelanders to mix with Negroes, Pakistanis and any other race/nation. If an animal is in danger of becoming extinct the whole world does whatever it can to protect that species. But nothing is done to prevent the Scandinavians from being destroyed by immigration. If any flower is about to be destroyed even the Jews are willing to spend money to protect it. But nobody minds when the Jews and their lackeys destroy the German and other Aryan people. The Scandinavians are about to be destroyed - not only by immigration, but by the Jewish policy of free abortion. How long will you stand around doing nothing to help?
