It seems that old age is more generous and gentle with Chinese people than with Western people. Chinese faces are smoother and what wrinkles there are, are shallow and not deep. Chinese look younger than Western people of any age. Even western youths look older than the smooth-faced Chinese of their own age. Even when relatively young, Westerners appear to be much older than they really are. The Western, European peoples have faces that in old age are deeply furrowed with wrinkles. There is a simple reason for this and it has nothing to do with Chinese people being naturally handsome and beautiful to look at. And it has nothing to do with genetic inheritance. In the first place, the musculature of the human face is the only place in the body where the muscles are directly connected to the skin. Everywhere else in the body, the skin slides smoothly over the muscles without being connected to any musculature at all. Is this something that the Western physicians take into consideration when they sell people their anti-wrinkle concoctions, their poisonous botox injections, their face lifts, and other assorted frauds that they perpetuate out of their greed and ignorance? Of course not! But it is this fact alone that is responsible for Western people having furrowed and wrinkled faces and Chinese people being relatively wrinkle free. When the muscles are tense, the skin of the face is furrowed. It's as simple as that. But what causes the muscles to be tense, is another subject. Now, a wrinkle is not a big problem. But since wrinkles are usually associated with old age and old age is feared and dreaded by most people in the West, then these betrayed people fall prey to the Western physicians and the Jewish cosmetic industry who convince them that if they have fewer wrinkles then they will not only look younger but will also feel younger. And yet, the simple fact that the musculature of the human body is directly connected to the skin of the face, is the only reason that the ignorant and greedy Western physicians once again fail to be of any help to anyone. They treat the symptom and not the cause. Among the healers of the West, a group known as foot reflexologists have discovered a basic idea in healing. That is, there are certain pressure points and areas of the foot that are related to distant parts of the body through reflexive action. It is like a string that you tie to your big toe, run down the sole of your foot, up your back and then tie around your neck. If you bend your neck, the string will pull down on your toe. If you lift your toe, the string will pull back on your neck. One part of the body pulls on a distant part. But the Western reflexologists have not yet realized that there are many areas of the human body that have reflexive correlations, not just in the feet. And unlike a simple string, the reflexive principles that govern the human body can be transmitted via muscles, tendons, nerves, and plexus pressures along the fascia. Many ways produce one result! For the Western physicians to truly be healers rather than the predatory business opportunists that they are, they would have to first give up the idea that the human body is composed of individual and unrelated parts and pieces. They must accept the truth that the human body is an interconnected and interrelated wholeness. And this wholeness is physical, mental and spiritual. But because they are deluded and corrupt, the Western physicians insist upon treating each part of the human anatomy as their own, individual specialty for which they can receive a specialist's pay while never curing anyone of anything. In regard to the wrinkles on the faces of old people, you must be smarter than a Western physician who only looks at the wrinkles. You must look at the Cause of the wrinkles. And if you inspect your own face in a mirror, you must not be fooled by the reflection that you see. The reflection is not YOU any more than the glass of the mirror is you. It is a mere reflection, an illusion. YOU are that ONE who is peering out of your eyes and seeing a reflection of only a small part of YOU. YOU are the ONE who breathes and whose heart beats while you peer at yourself in a mirror. You are much greater than the sum of your parts. And the wrinkles that you see on an old person's face are not there except as a reflexive response to pressures along the entire plexus of their total anatomy over a long period of time. And since it takes time to form wrinkles, it also takes time to relax them away. Because the muscles of the face are connected to the skin, itself, whatever pressures that are transmitted from distant locations can show up as "strain lines" on the face. It is like a giant skyscraper that has a skeleton of steel beams or the steel water pipes in building. If the janitor in the basement pounds on the pipes or beams with his monkey wrench, then the occupants at the extreme farthest reaches of the building or the skyscraper can hear the commotion. And it is the same in the human body. Problems at one end can cause reactions at the other end. And the wrinkles in the Western face are no different. Those deep lines are caused by stresses and strains reflexively pulling and tugging in EVERY direction throughout the body. But because the muscles are attached to the skin ONLY at the face, the strain ridges only show up at that location. Combine this with the various mental and emotional problems that cause people to habitually grimace or frown and you get wrinkled faces in Western people at any age. So, how is it that Chinese people are so smooth-faced? In the first place, let me relate to you a well-known sports idea in baseball. To hit the ball, keep your eye on it. To throw the ball, look at where you are throwing. Thus it is that the MIND comes into play here. You must focus your MIND on where the ball is. And it is the same with the Chinese except in this case the focus of the MIND is upon CHI. Chi is the life force that flows in all of us. But because the Chinese have a knowledge of how the chi circulates in the body and the concept that chi flows where you focus your mind, it is very simple to have a wrinkle-free face. Once you are aware of your chi, you can send it anywhere in your body. So, rather than be overcome with stress that tightens the muscles and wrinkles the face, it is a very easy thing to simply relax and breathe the chi into the tense areas for instant relief. Such exercises as Tai Chi Chuan, chi kung (qi gong), the Nine Treasure Exercises, kung-fu, meditation and other related types of Chinese yoga, allow for anyone to relieve stress and prevent or reduce the formation of wrinkles in the face as well as to solve many other health problems. An outlook of religious freedom and enlightenment also helps a lot. And if you read my book, "Oriental Secrets of Family Wealth", you will understand that Chinese have less stressful lives simply because of a reliance upon the extended family system. No money worries, no housing worries, no family worries, creates no reason to have wrinkled faces. The stresses of modern life need not be so debilitating to the Western people. They have merely forgotten the Natural Way of their forefathers. For example the Celts and the Druids knew the secret of the Druidic Breath. Adepts of this breathing and meditation method could do wondrous things such as blow their Druidic Breath into the heavens and cause it to rain or to surround themselves with their Druidic Breath so as to disappear at will. In addition, the Western People have been betrayed by the physicians, deluded by the cosmetic merchants, swindled by the fashion industrialists, defrauded by the bankers, poisoned by the food merchants and worked mercilessly by all of these financial parasites. This would cause strain to show up in anyone's face! ----------------------------------------------------------------- My First Success with a Liberal by William Forrest Here in the wealthy Silicon Valley, California, we are surrounded with and have an over-flowingly abundant supply of liberals. These are the rich know-nothing white guys and the know-more-than-you Jews who are insulated from the cares and realities of Life with their good fortune and their money. Their lives are relaxed and leisurely as they drive their BMWs and Mercedes sedans around town taking in the California sunshine. Sometimes that little Jew, Steve Wozniak, who helped found Apple Computer, stops in to buy stuff at the store where I work. He drives a Hummer, one of those huge four-wheel drive military machines that have been prettied up for the civilian market. I suppose because he is such a short little runt that the Hummer makes him feel bigger than a multi-multi-millionaire ordinarily feels. Or maybe he just likes humming as he drives. He always pays for everything from a very large roll of one hundred dollar bills that he keeps stuffed into his jeans. He never pays with anything less than with one of those hundreds. And he gives them an ever-so-slight but casual spread just to let you know that they are ALL hundreds. And so, I classify him among the liberals -- insulated from reality, floating on a cloud of supreme good will directed entirely towards themselves. This past week, one of these liberals came into my store looking for a fast food joint. He was the typical Silicon Valley white guy, wealthy from computer geeking, and he was driving the latest BMW in metallic blue. Nice car! His razor-cut hair was perfect. He was cool and not sweating on this hot day because the car was air-conditioned. His business suit was tailor made. He even wore cuff-links which I haven't seen in a long time (but, of course, I haven't worn a suit in a long time, either). Perhaps he was in his early thirties or late twenties. A definite salesman type! Probably in microchips. "Yes, Sir?" I always address my male customers as "Sir" even if they are a lot younger than me. "Can you tell me where a good fast food place is around here?" he asked. "There's no such thing as a 'good' fast food place since everything they serve is junk food," I replied. "Well, then, how about a nice greasy hamburger joint?" he smiled, not missing a beat. Yes, a salesman, alright. So, I directed him down the street where there were four or five burger stands and taco bars. "But," I warned him, "it won't do you any good eating at those places since they all have Mexican cooks who spit in your food." He smirked and replied acridly, "Oh, so we have a racist here, do we?" "It don't matter if I'm a racist or an ignorant liberal. All you have to be is white and they will spit in your food." With that, his chest swelled with pride because he just KNEW that he was special. He just KNEW that he was a superior sort of fellow standing before a low-life and bigoted store clerk. After all, he drove an air-conditioned car and didn't even have to breathe the same air as I did. He had absolutely no prejudices against his fellow man like the ones that he immediately assumed that I had lurking in my black and evil heart. So, being superior to me and to my brand of bigoted-prejudiced-hate-mongering- against-those-innocent-and-kind-illegal-aliens-who-were-spitting- on-hamburgers-and-tacos just down the street, he said with a patronizing sneer as he leaned toward me, "Don't you know, racism is a terrible thing. It makes you smaller. It makes you feel superior to people who are no different than you." "Well, why don't you tell that to the Mexicans?" I asked. "Do you think that those hamburger flippers care anything about your philosophy? All you have to be is white and they will spit in your food. I've seen them do it!" Suddenly, the air sort of eased out of his lungs and his shoulders drooped a bit as a glimmer of understanding came into his eyes. So, I pressed the advantage. "But don't worry about a thing. In the eyes of all of those Mexicans you qualify for their special Gringo Burger. You'll probably like it because it's nice and juicy. Just drive down the street a couple more blocks. You're a white guy, and you're not at all prejudiced. So the Mexicans will know just what to fix you as soon as you walk in the door. The Gringo Special! Juicy! Yummy! Mmmm!" There was a thoughtful, faraway look in his eyes like he was remembering something or maybe putting two and two together. "Thanks," he said as he turned around, got into his car and drove away in the opposite direction. So, the moral of the story is: Even if they are one of those deluded, screwed up liberal assholes, try to save them anyhow. You may fail a thousand times. Never stop trying. They may call you all sorts of bad names in their struggle against the Truth. But even if you can turn even one of them around, that one may very well be the entire ball game. My score now is, one down and about 2 billion more to go. I'm making progress and I'm not at all discouraged by the numbers. I feel convinced that the Crucifixion has not much to do with the world's attitude toward the Jew; that the reasons for it are much older than that event ... I am convinced that the persecution of the Jew is not in any large degree due to religious prejudice. No, the Jew is a money-getter. He made it the end and aim of his life. He was at it in Rome. He has been at it ever since. His success has made the whole human race his enemy. You will say that the Jew is everywhere numerically feeble. When I read in the Cyclopedia Britannica that the Jewish population in the United States was 250,000 I wrote the editor and explained to him that I was personally acquainted with more Jews than that, and that his figures were without doubt a misprint for 25,000,000.
