But this does not mean that I want to hold up Chinese food as something special in its place because Chinese food is not necessarily healthy either. But since I am addressing America people rather than Chinese people, I will only call your attention to the deficiencies of the one and not the other. It takes a bit of intelligence now days to be able to eat something that doesn't kill you no matter if you are a Western person or an Asian person. And so, you decide what is best for yourself. In America, there are two types of breakfasts -- one that kills you quickly and one that kills you slowly. Americans love variety, so they eat both kinds. And among such variety, let's explore the most deadly breakfast, first ... coffee and donuts. As you already know from previous articles, sugar and white flour are not foods but are actually industrial chemicals. If you are trapped on a desert island with only water, sugar and white flour for food, rather than make the flour into bread and biscuits or noodles, you will live longer if you only drink the water. Sugar and white flour suck the minerals and vitamins out of your body and promote bacterial growth and decay as well as mood swings, hypoglycemia and road rage. Fortunately, even a desert island has more things to eat than what you brought with you such as fish and fowl. So you won't have to worry about the road rage. Americans who start the day with coffee and donuts cannot evade the serious consequences. A donut is nothing but sugar and white flour plus various binders, glues and synthetic flavorings, all of which are extremely YIN and which unbalance the Chi in your acupuncture meridians. In addition, white flour contains gluten. Gluten is well named since it contains in its name the word "glue". Gluten is a sticky, pasty substance that will coat the insides of your intestines with a gluey paste that covers up the villi of the intestinal walls. This creates a pasty barrier that prevents both the absorption of nutrients as well as preventing the elimination of waste products from your body. Go to a wallpaper store and read the ingredients on a package of wall paper paste. All that wall paper paste is, is white flour with a touch of fungicide. So when white flour gets into your intestines, it is no different than wall paper paste. This sticky gunk traps food particles and bacteria and allows for the rotting and fermentation processes associated with a dead corpse to occur. The associated poisons create a toxic load upon the entire body that leads to various diseases, tumors and cancers. The Western physicians know this but say nothing because they want more customers. Western sciences have recently proven that fried foods create large quantities of cancer-causing carcinogens. And of course, everybody knows that fried foods are more fattening and can lead to over-weight problems, hardening of the arteries and heart disease. And so, what do you have in a donut? You have a combination of the two unhealthiest foods that you can eat that are cooked in the worst possible way, usually deep fried in rancid oil. The rancid oil further depletes vitamin and mineral reserves since your body burns these up in an attempt to detoxify both the oil and the donut. The oil further clogs your arteries, impacts your heart, bloats your fat reserves with saturated fats, and injects you with cancer-causing by-products from the frying process. And now that your mouth is full of sweet and delicious, chocolate-covered cancer and heart disease, there is nothing more tasty than washing it all down with a steaming cup of hot poison. Coffee is nothing but poison. I have explained in an earlier article that there are over 600 known toxins in a cup of coffee, not counting the caffeine. These toxins come from the alkaloids in the coffee bean plus the fungicides, herbicides, insecticides and synthetic fertilizers that are used on the coffee plant and absorbed by the bean. When these are roasted, they all re-combine in a variety of chemical side-reactions to produce over 600 deadly poisons. But these are only present in micro-amounts so only your kidneys and liver know that they are there. Can you guess the reason why there is such a high incidence of liver and kidney failure and heart disease in America? If you can, then you are smarter than a Western physician. If you want to be healthy, then avoid the sugar-covered, deep-fried glue and hot cup of poison for breakfast. That goes for pancakes and syrup, too. However, if you switch to whole wheat flour for your pancakes and waffles, use honey or unsulphered, blackstrap molasses, and make your own biscuits, tortillas and chipatis from whole wheat flour, then all of the above problems will go away and you can live a long and healthy life. Whole wheat flour is a natural food and contains the essential vitamins, minerals and ruffage that your body needs for a long life and good health. Try it yourself for a quick meal. Make a ball of whole wheat flour dough, pat it down flat into a pancake and fry it on a lightly oiled grill or skillet until toasty brown. It's called a chipati, a national bread of India. As long as you don't burn it, carcinogens will not form. Eat it plain or with yogurt and honey and a cup of hot tea for breakfast. Or if you don't want a toasty, tasty treat for breakfast, then you can pat out or roll out the whole wheat flour and cut it into noodles, boil and serve with whatever. It sounds so good, I am going to make myself a snack right now. ----------------------------------------------------------------- The Muslims Among Us by William Forrest Here in Silicon Valley, California, there is a lot of pro-Muslim groups and "hate crime" reporting hotlines in action. The Muslims have founded advocacy groups and have bought advertising from the Jewish Media in order to get their message across to the ignorant America public. And what is that message? The message is that Islam is a religion of Peace and that anyone who says anything bad against a Muslim will be accused of a "hate crime". Does this sound familiar? It should, since these are the same tactics that the Jews use to convince the world that they are really poor, innocent victims of persecution. But both the Jews and the Muslims are liars. I know quite a lot about the Muslims because I studied Islam and I even became a Muslim for a short while several years ago. I say "for a short while" because I didn't remain a Muslim once I had satisfied my curiosity about what they are really about. Oh, yes, the Muslims have some very fine methods of praying to God that have been refined over the centuries into a brainwashing method of excellence. The ritual washing ceremonies before prayer and the feeling of brotherhood that comes from everybody doing exactly the same thing, in military lines, standing shoulder to shoulder, with precision, all together, bowing down toward the ancient pagan temple at Mecca, face to the floor while mooning God with butt in the air ... the whole burrito is well-wrapped. To become a Muslims does not require that you know anything about Islam. Indeed, the vast majority of Muslims cannot even read the Qu'ran. They depend upon the Imams and clerics to tell them what it says. And when they recite the specified prayers during the various prayer times, they are recited in Arabic memorized by rote without having an inkling of what they are actually saying. Even the name "Allah" merely means "The God". So, they run around yelling loudly in a vague sort of way. Small wonder that Islam is such a rapidly growing religion since its new adherents can be as illiterate as was Mohammad, unlettered and unschooled but fanatical. They can be totally ignorant fools and still be Muslims. All they have to do, is do what everybody else does ... or else they are killed. And when you read a translation of the Qu'ran in your own language, you are struck at how boring it all is. I have read various translations of every major religious scripture and several translations of the Qu'ran. So, I have a good idea of what the various religions claim to hold as Ultimate Truth. And of all of them, the Qu'ran of Mohammad is the most boring book of the whole lot containing the simplest and most mundane ideas that are repeated over and over and over and over again -- and over and over again some more. And to become a Muslim all that is required is to say, "There is no God but God and Muhammad is his Prophet", to pray five times a day so as to be more holy than the Jews or the Christians, and to avoid eating pork which is the ancient, holy animal of the Jewish God, Ninip. My main purpose for becoming a Muslim was to find the Truth that they claimed Islam monopolized and to see if the Muslims were of any use in fighting the devil Jews. Islam falls far short of the mark in both categories. They do not have the ultimate Truth and as far as fighting the Jews, they are really quite ineffectual and stupid. Witness the 9/11 bombings, where instead of attacking their enemies the Jews, they attacked America. I am sure the suicide bombers felt like they were ready for heaven, but they attacked the wrong target. Only one Jew was killed. All the rest of the 3,000 Jews working in the Trade Towers were warned by the Mossad ahead of time not to show up for work that day. And so, the Muslims missed their target, the Jews knew about it in advance but didn't warn us so that we would go fight their enemies the Muslims for them while they sit on their fat asses in Israel and count the profits. And part of the profit to a Jew is if a Christian is killed. Only Christians and Muslims died in the 9/11 attack. So much for the fighting skills of the Muslims. They aren't smart enough to fight the Jews so they attack the Christians and Americans, instead. Peace is a nice concept and a nicer reality. But for the Muslims as well as the Jews, peace to them means that they will find peace on earth when and only when all other peoples either become their slaves or join their religion. Those who do not become one of them must be killed. That is the reality of Islam as well as of Judaism -- the murder of those who are not a part of their demented societies. But this reality is a secret that they keep to themselves while they are a minority in any society and while they do not have the political power to carry out their objectives. During such quiescent times, both Jews and Muslims pretend to be peace-loving and non-aggressive. But once they attain any kind of strength in numbers or begin to dominate a political process, the masks come off and they begin the individual murder and the wholesale slaughter of the surrounding peoples. For both the Jews and the Muslims, killing someone who does not believe what they believe, makes them feel oh-so-holy and happy. Killing someone not of their religion makes them feel as if they are pleasing God by being holy and really pious. The main difference between the two is that the Jews prefer sneaky methods so that their enemies are killed indirectly such as by famine, war or medical quackery while the Muslims prefer the sight and smell of the blood of their victims so they prefer the knife and the gun for their religious ecstasies and celebrations. Islam is like Judaism in that both are dependant upon a fake mythology and the unending, tedious pedantry of its leaders. Both the rabbis and the Muslim clerics are small-minded little men who puff themselves up with the pride of knowing everything there is to know about one single book. And if they read anything else besides their respective scriptures, then it is other books written about that one, single book. And in that one, single book is what they claim to be everything that anyone needs to know about God, as if God could actually fit into one, single book. But it is these Muslims among us who are the main problem here. Here in Christian America, our traitorous leaders have allowed our enemies to live right next door. These Jews and Muslims who, by the very words of the books that they both hold so dear, are sworn enemies of Christian and Heathen alike. But these Muslims are using the Jewish methods of hiding behind the civil laws as a protection from retribution. Our traitorous politicians, who have probably never read a holy book in their lives, have let sworn enemies reside in our country. The recent fragging of some of the officers of our military forces in Iraq, is an example of what Muslims are like. Here is a career soldier, a Negro American Muslim from the Los Angeles ghettos, joining forces with two Muslim assassins in Kuwait, to lob some hand grenades into the sleeping quarters of his own officers. Why did he do it? All of his years as an American soldier meant nothing to him. But being a Muslim and killing some non-Muslims -- even his own officers in an act of treachery and cowardice -- meant that he would be going to Paradise and there to screw the 72 white virgins that Mohammed promised his ignorant followers. This is the reality of Islam. It is a primitive religion that appeals to uneducated and ignorant peasants. It is a religion that is a menace to all other peoples. Witness the bombings and assassinations wherever Muslims grow to any large numbers such as in the Phillipeans, or in Indonesian, or in the Middle East. "It is pleasing to Allah to kill the infidel" is a basic tenant of Islam. If you are not a Muslim then you are an infidel. I am not saying that the Muslims are a bad people but they are an ignorant people. They have taken a religion that was given to and was only meant for the Arabian tribes of the eighth century and have forced it by sword and fire upon a large part of the world. From my studies, I see Islam as an extension of Judaism. The Jewish rabbis infiltrated Islam from the earliest days and twisted it into something bizarre. The Jewish rabbis who were forced to became Muslims or to be killed, wrote bunches of lies and hear-say stories that they put into what are called the "Hadiths" upon which Islam is largely based. Islam is just another bastard Jewish religion. I became a Muslim for a while to see if the reality of what they were claiming matched the reality of what they preached. And like all hypocrites, the Muslims are nothing special. And now, they are claiming that they are afraid of the Americans here in California beating them and burning down their homes because America is at war with a Muslim country, Iraq. And our cowardly idiots known as politicians are doing everything that they can to keep these enemies safe and protected here in America. So that they can raise their families, import all of their relatives, grow in numbers and in power and someday to declare that they are feeling a bit frowsy and grumpy and all they need to feel at the top of their form once again is to go out and kill a few white Christians here in California. After all, that's what it says to do in their scripture, the Holy Qu'ran. And you know that if it says to kill non-Muslims in a book that they claim is so holy that you have to wash your hands before touching it, then you know that that is what they will surely do. But for now in California, they are a minority and so they call for the Jew lawyers and the craven politicians to protect them until the time when they can grow numerous and strong. This is the Truth that I found when I became a Muslim. And it is a teaching of Islam that those who become Muslims and then quit, are to be killed. That is a strong incentive for remaining at prayer with your face to the ground and your butt in the air. So, of course, not too many people quit. The reason that I quit is because Truth is greater than Islam so I am not afraid of those assholes. That monopolist franchise has kept the dollar as the most desired form of money on earth, as those who would buy oil from OPEC must first get some dollars to do it, and so will trade in dollars among themselves. Dollars are not backed by anything, but are more like checks written on an empty account, and we have been printing them up by the shipload. We are also the most indebted nation on earth [indebted to the Jewish-owned Federal Reserve Banking Swindle], so the dollar's strength depends on its being traded by others, and not brought back to the bank. In 1999, Saddam Hussein broke ranks with OPEC, and began to accept the EURO for his oil. That is the one thing we cannot permit. His alleged weapons are trivial. Though we can not stand up and say so, that is what the war is really about, and that is why France, Germany, and the others of the EU oppose us. If we permit Hussein to deal directly with the EU's currency, and the other OPEC nations follow suit, then the dollar will lose its most important franchise in the oil market, and instead of trading it among themselves, other countries will bring the dollars back to cash their checks, and the jig will be up. The Euro would become the dominant currency in the world, the UN would become the most powerful political structure in the world, and the US would enter a severe depression only a form of very oppressive social control would survive. The prompt and decisive punishment -- and it is exactly that - - of Saddam Hussein will keep all the other OPEC nations in line, and the dollar securely the principal currency of the world, and the US military the dominant force in the world, and the US government the most powerful political body. Hussein is just the boy who must be whipped. The real enemy is the EU, who would love to see our dollar hit the skids, and our nation reduced to a desk at the UN. The choice before us is to take world control, or lose it. War is a nasty business and those who play war are nasty people. Most Americans only keep a couple of days worth of food in their cupboards and pantries. But food is your best investment if it doesn't spoil. After all, you will have to eat sometime so why not stock up while you still have the chance? Look for plastic bags of brown rice, white rice, beans, lentils and peas at the supermarket. These are your best food value for the money and are already packaged for long storage. As long as they stay cool and dry and away from rats and mice in a closet or attic, they can last for years. A gas stove with a spare propane bottle comes in handy as do matches, candles and solar rechargeable batteries and flashlights. Wouldn't it just be like those pesky A-rabs to cut off oil supplies so Americans couldn't truck their food across country? The ensuing food riots and lawlessness would mean that with our Army away fighting somebody else's battles, that the President would call in United Nations troops and declare Martial Law. The laws have already been passed and are on the books for the military take-over of the United states. All the President needs to do is sign one single document and the Constitution is annulled. But the Jewish Media doesn't inform Americans of these affairs because they are part of the conspiracy. It would be a coup d'etat of the industrialists, bankers and Jews.
