Thus, you are affected even if you, yourself, are 100% healthy. Think of it! Fifty percent of an entire nation suffering from a single disease! Hypoglycemia is, of course, low glucose levels in the blood. It doesn't sound very dangerous, does it? Low blood sugar levels, how silly! But if you think that this is not something to bother about, then perhaps the following list of symptoms will convince you. Do you or someone you know suffer from any of these problems? Nervousness, irritability, exhaustion, faintness, dizziness, tremors and trembling, cold sweats, weakness and shaking, depression, vertigo, drowsiness and sleepiness, headaches and migraine, digestive problems, forgetfulness, insomnia, constant worry, anxieties, obesity, mental confusion, heart palpitations, muscle pains, indecisiveness, numbness, unsocial or asocial or antisocial behavior, crying spells, lack of sex drive, allergies and respiratory problems, lack of coordination, leg cramps, lack of concentration, blurred vision, twitching and jerking muscles, gasping for breath, smothering spells, staggering, sighing and yawning, impotency, nightmares, rheumatoid arthritis, fears and phobias, skin conditions, suicidal impulses, nervous breakdowns, convulsions, overweight or underweight, bronchitis, schizophrenia, asthma, depression, ulcers, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, heart attacks, neurosis, psychosis, alcoholism, drug addiction, juvenile delinquency, cancer, suicide and murder. Poor people who eat from the nation's supermarkets of the cheapest foods, should think about some of the crazy and violent denizens of their own neighborhoods and streets. How many of these people suffer from these symptoms and react with violence and aggression to those around them? Rich people who indulge in junk foods, should think about their broken marriages and delinquent children and how much more wonderful life would be if these disasters did not happen. The average American eats over 120 pounds of sugar per year! And as a consequence brings down upon himself these health disasters. Of course, there can be many causes of the above symptoms but the one, major cause of ALL of them is the eating of the simple carbohydrates of sugar and white flour in the diet. Rather simple, isn't it? All of the above diseases are caused by eating junk food! Junk food, the basic meal of the nation's children and workforce is also the basic profit item of the nation's Jewish junk food manufacturers and the basic profit item of the nation's Jewish Medical Monopoly. Is there a conspiracy here? Yes, I believe that there is a conspiracy. When you have the same profiteers who feed and mislead the People as you have who treat their illnesses, then there must be collusion among them. At the very least, the physicians who are allegedly interested in the People's good health, should be the first to stand up against the actual Cause of these illnesses. They know the Cause but they do nothing except push pills and give fake psychological advice. So, yes, there is a conspiracy. The People suffer and die while the physicians, psychologists, junk food and pharmaceutical manufacturers grow enormously wealthy. It is really a great money making scheme to sell the victim some poison and then to charge him more money for the antidote. And if instead of an actual antidote, the doctors can merely keep the patient perpetually ill and treat the symptoms of the poisoning without eliminating the cause, then the maximum amount of profit is realized. And after the patient dies, the ghoulish Western physicians can sell the body parts from off the cadaver for $200,000 per body. Yes, there is a conspiracy by some very malignant professionals for getting your money and destroying your health. Junk food is what seems to drive the entire American food industry since there is so much more profit in processed foods that can stay on a grocery shelf for ages without spoiling than there is in normal food that perishes easily. But when five out of ten leading causes of deaths in the United States can be attributed to a poor diet, then both the food industrialists and the medical profession are grossly negligent in their duties to the People and should be held criminally liable for their crimes. Indeed, it is a very great crime for the physicians who claim to be concerned with your good health merely to wink at the cause of your poor health while treating only the symptoms. Because the junk food industry is such a profitable business to its Jewish stockholders and owners, and because the Jewish Medical Monopoly trains new doctors to be ignorant about nutrition, then what chance does the average person have to stay healthy when there are such powerful interests devoted to him becoming sick? The only chance that you have, dear Friend, is to educate yourself as to what is wholesome to eat and what is garbage. The poisoners will not tell what is good to eat -- you must learn it for yourself. Merely by reading the ingredients on the food packages and cans in the supermarket, will convince you that this conspiracy to destroy the health of the People while swindling their money, is far reaching and everywhere apparent. Try it yourself at the local market, read the ingredients and see if there is anything in a package or can that DOES NOT contain sugar, white flour, white rice, artificial sweeteners, caffeine or alcohol. All of these are extremely YIN and upset the balance of your CHI, your very Life Force. On an acupuncture level, they create an excess of YIN that cannot be balanced with acupuncture needles but can only be balanced at the source of the problem -- which is in the diet, itself. Slow these edible poisons are to kill you but between eating them and dying, they are sure to give you bitter grief. Chemically, sugar acts like a vitamin and mineral sponge. Your body needs vitamins and minerals to digest foods. And these are supplied naturally when you eat natural foods. But sugar and white flour, which has been stripped of all vitamins and minerals sucks these nutrients from other parts of the body in order to complete the digestive process. Merely by eating these junk foods, you are robbing your body of nutrients and inviting debilitating diseases to form. If you are eating food from the supermarket, then you are probably eating over a quarter pound of sugar per day because it is everywhere in use -- even in canned meats and vegetables! As I have written before, unsulphured blackstrap molasses is the only safe sugar product to eat. It contains the original six B vitamins and eight minerals that are stripped out of all other sugar products but which your body cannot metabolize sugar without. Eat a candy bar, and the sugar therein will suck these vitamins and minerals out of the rest of your body. Experiments on rats that were fed the typical diet of today's teenagers produced rats that preferred drinking alcohol to plain water. While rats fed natural foods preferred drinking plain water rather than alcohol. Draw your own conclusions from such experiments since the Western physicians are incapable of simple logic or are suborned by the money-grubbers of Judah. For a western physician to diagnose hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) requires that they perform a six hour long glucose tolerance test. While this is a good test for diagnosing this illness, you can save yourself the money and the bother simply by using common sense. That is, if you suffer from any of the above symptoms AND you make junk foods a part of your diet such as coffee and donuts, breakfast cereals, white breads, jams and jellies, fast foods, etc., then go immediately to a natural foods store and start educating yourself about natural foods. If you don't feed yourself what is wholesome then the Jews will feed you their lies. Junk food is merely a Jewish lie disguised as food. It is sweet on the tongue but turns bitter in the belly and is designed to destroy individuals as well as entire nations while sucking away both their health and their wealth. For a quick turn around in your eating habits, especially if you have finicky children, start your breakfast with popcorn. Air popped is best but micro-waved popcorn will do fine. Pour yourself a bowlful of popcorn, add milk, sweeten with honey or molasses and enjoy. Later, start breakfast with brown rice. It can be hot or cold leftovers from dinner and keeps well in the refrigerator. Again, with milk or soy milk and honey, brown rice makes a delicious and healthful breakfast cereal. Or make some hot ten grain cereal or oatmeal. Boil or poach an egg for added protein. If you are old enough to read this, then you are old enough to read the labels on the food that you eat and to read books on natural foods and health. Take good care of yourself because no one else can or will. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Iranian Nazis Bomb Innocent Jews by William Forrest The deadliest, single anti-Jewish incident since World War II occurred in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on July 18, 1994. A car bomb demolished a Jewish community center, killing 85 Jews. Immediately, that very day, without a shred of evidence, the Jewish media of the entire world pointed their collective fingers at Iranian terrorists. And now, finally, just this month an Argentine judge has ordered arrest warrants for four top level Iranian government officials for orchestrating the event. Finally, after nearly nine years, a judge has formerly accused the Iranians of the crime. Yes, the Iranians are accused by the pointing fingers of the Jews so that must mean that they did it, right? None of the Iranians can be brought to trial so that the world can hear their side of the story because they are in Iran. Thus, we are left with accusations, alone. And when the Jews accuse anyone of anything, then you can be assured that the accusations, alone, are all that is necessary to prove the case. Loud and vociferous accusations by the Jews have been all that is necessary to sway public opinion on many issues. Proof of guilt means nothing. All that matters is the pointing, accusing finger of the Jews. It is called the Big Lie Technique. And in this case, it is as transparent as sweat on a Jew's nose. Even before World War II, Argentina has had a large population of Germans living peacefully there. Indeed, a large percentage of Argentina's success as a nation can be attributed to the hard-working and technologically astute Germans who are citizens of that sunny land. They have built large and productive farmlands, successful factories, well-maintained schools for their children and their technological skills have helped Argentina into the modern age. The Germans living in Argentina have been happy and devoted to the success of their new country. They have been peaceful and cherished citizens of Argentina. But in 1994, the Jews of the United States and Israel were running out of old Nazis that they could persecute. The Jews prefer to persecute old and feeble men who have been working- class citizens of their respective countries and who lack the resources to hire an expensive lawyer to defend themselves from false accusation. The Jews like to make these defenseless old men into an example of the relentless, unending, eternal vengeance and vendetta of the Jews. This makes the Jews feel especially brave and heroic if they can make decrepit old men cringe. Thus, by following the characteristics of their ancient, tribal totem animal the lion, the Jews prefer to take the old, the weak, the sickly and the very young as their prey. This makes them feel powerful and brave, mighty and ferocious as lions who devour the weak and avoid the strong. Of course, the Jews are the Most Holy Chosen Ones of God, so they are always right and everybody should follow the lead of their pointing fingers, right? And when they falsely accused John Demjamjik, a US citizen, of being Ivan the Terrible at the Treblika concentration camp; and when their victim was found to be NOT GUILTY by an ISRAELI COURT -- the Jews wanted to hang him, anyway, just to prove that they could never be wrong! Even though he has been proven to be not guilty, the Jews persecute him and parade outside of his house to this very day just on principle - on Jewish principle. And his only defender, the American patriot and Congressman, Jim Traficante, the Jews managed to have defamed with false evidence and imprisoned for the audacity of standing up to Jewish accusations. Yes, Jewish accusations are really all that we need now days to run our legal system. Jewish accusations are just as good a substitute for the Truth that you will find this side of Hades. When a Jew accuses anyone of anything, you can rest assured that that accusation is just as true as the story Moses parting the waters and Daniel in the lion's den. But by 1994, the Jews were running out of aged and weak old Nazis to persecute and deport. They were running out of examples whom they could haul up before the world to prove that those who were against the Jews would always suffer humiliation and defeat. They were running out of easy victims with which to convince the world of their remorseless, unforgiving, malicious power. And so, they dug down into their archives and came up with some names of old, retired Germans who had served in Hitler's noble cause but who were living in Argentina and Brazil. Ah! Old, feeble, decrepit Nazis! The perfect target! Weakened with age, they would surely be no match for the crop of young, rabid, Jewish lawyers yammering for their heads! Needing only to make a few calls to the Jewish Media of America and Europe, the Jews of the Slimy-Weaselgnaw Center and the Anti- Defamation League of Black Breath started the Accusation Machine rolling. Soon, the TV and newspapers were running stories about the evil Nazis living in Argentina. Front page headlines screamed of the terrible outrage that these old Nazis were living happily and prosperously while 6 million Jews were nothing but kosher piles of ashes and lampshades. "We" have to do something about it! "We" must deport to Israel these terrible people and hang them after a lengthy trial! The "we", of course, is all of us including the Jews. But as for doing anything about it, all that the Jews were asking is that "we" do nothing while "they" kill their enemies and prove once again how brave and remorseless they are, just like in Palestine where the bravery of the Jews is proven every time they machine gun little Palestinian boys who are throwing rocks at their bullet-proof M-1 tanks. And so, they began the process that had worked so successfully before. The accusations in the media; the repetition of the alleged crimes of the Nazis from sixty years ago; the dredging up of horrible stories even worse than those found in the Old Testament; wonderous tales of the heroic struggles of the Jewish lawyers and bankers to force the Argentine government to arrest and deport the leader of the Argentine Germans for "crimes against humanity", "genocide", "murder" and not keeping a kosher kitchen were all placed before our wondering eyes. These and other accusations (which just HAD to be true since the Jews were doing the accusing) were leveled against this old man who had been living a happy life among his friends in a prosperous nation. Yes, the world's Jewish-owned media monopoly all told the same story. All of the media, every single day, was filled with what the Jews wanted us to hear. And what they wanted this time, was to hang one of the Germans of Argentina. The stage was set, the world's public opinion had been brainwashed into acquiescence, the Jewish lawyers were gleefully holding press conferences as how to handle this dangerous old man once the shackles were put on his wrists, the Jewish bankers were ebullient that their monetary pressures on the Argentine government were beginning to bear poisonous fruit. The time had come for another example to the world of Jewish vengeance. The time was at hand for the Jews to prove to the world what happens to those who stand in the way of Jewish world dictatorship. But then someone blew up the Jewish community center in Buenos Aires killing 85 Jews. Who would do such a thing? Who would have a reason for such an act? Now that the Jews were on the verge of another successful persecution which promised to be the beginnings of a long, long list of subsequent persecutions of the Germans of Argentina, who would kill 85 of God's Most Holy and Precious People? It was a mystery. But the Jews had their secret weapon - the pointing finger of Jewish accusation! They could point it at anyone in the world to accuse of this crime. But if they pointed it at the Germans of Argentina who were defending themselves from Jewish vengeance, then the whole world would learn the proper way of treating false Jewish accusations. All of their high pressure advertizing would be for nothing. They could not scream "Never Again" ever again. And that would never do! So, how could they accuse more old men and little children of crimes if people learned how to respond to such accusations? No, no, accusing the Germans would only give the Germans another victory over the Jews and teach the world a lesson in diplomacy. And so this month, an Argentine judge by the name of Galeano, put out arrest warrants for four Iranians whom can never be brought to trial. The case is closed. The accused are guilty. Israel Moses Seaf Bank of Italy [And so, America borrows money at interest from the Jews in order to fight the Jews' wars for them while they do nothing except sit safely in Israel and demand more free military aid and usury payments on their loans. Is this because the Jews are so smart and clever or because the Americans are so deluded?] ----------------------------------------------------------------- How the Jews Stole America's Gold and Silver by Cosmic Wheel Enterprises Because the Jews have for centuries formented wars and rebellions, they have learned how to take advantage of the ensuing confusion and panic during these kinds of emergencies. Special opportunities open up to those who are prepared to take advantage of others during a war time situation. When the Jew, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, was ushered into the Presidency by the Jews and their media lackies during the Jew-created Great Depression, they were able to advance both their Communist aims as well as their Capitalist aims simultaneously. When war was finally engineered against Germany, FDR declared an emergency war power under the Trading With the Enemy Law, and decreed that everyone must turn in their gold to his relatives and friends, the Jewish bankers. He made it illegal and un-patriotic to own gold. And so, the Jews were able to buy all of the gold out of the private hands of the People for the going rate of about 32 dollars per ounce. But the People were assured that all would be well since they were issued paper money in the form of Silver Certificates. Thus, the paper money could still be turned in for its value in silver bullion. Once they had this gold in their vaults, the Jews sold tons of it to their fellow Jew bankers in England in order to get the gold out of the country since they didn't want Americans ever to own that gold again. Anyway, during the Lend Lease giveaway by America to the Jewish Russian Communists, the Jews were able to have all of the gold mines in the United States declared as "not necessary for wartime production" and subsequently closed down. And to further erode the wealth of the United States, all of the gold mining machinery was hauled out of the mining areas and sent to the Soviet Union for their own gold production. Since gold mines that are not used usually fill up with water, the Jews were able to not only give to their comrades in Russia all of the machinery necessary to compete with the United States in gold production, but simultaneously to destroy the very U.S. mines from which the machinery was taken. Water filled mines are usually extremely difficult, dangerous and costly to put back into production, so much so that very few of them are ever re-opened. Thus, even after WWII, the Soviet Union became a greater gold-producing country than the United States and, of course, richer in gold for their dictatorship and war production against the U.S. But having all of the gold, was not the final part of the Jewish plan for impoverishing the United States. Once again, they used a war and a corrupt president. It is not generally known that Lyndon Johnson was Jewish. His family tree on his mother's side goes back three generations worth of Jews. But in any case, they had Lyndon Johnson during the Vietnam war to declare that the money would no longer be backed by silver but that the Federal Reserve Notes would be the money that Americans would use. Now, the Jews were able to get all of the silver of the Americans into their vaults. And they were able to get it all for free! By taking in the silver coins and bullion, and exhanging it for Federal Reserve Notes that have no intrinsic value, the Jews were able to actually obtain all of the gold and silver of the American People for nothing. To this day, if Americans want to buy gold, then they must buy it from the Jews at about $400 per ounce. But of course, part of the scheme was to get the Americans used to the idea of using paper money that had neither gold nor silver backing it up. Thus, the Jews were able to steal all of America's gold and to replace it as well as the paper money that was once called Gold and Silver Certificates, with worthless money that is called Federal Reserve Notes. The difference is that at one time you could take the Gold Certificate or the Silver Certificate to the Jew bank and demand its value in ounces of gold or silver bullion. The Jews didn't like giving precious metals out of their hands to the American People. So, today, if you take a Federal Reserve Note to the bank, you cannot exchange it for anything of value. Federal Reserve Notes have no value except as they represent an IDEA of real money. The Jews have swindled the gold and silver into their vaults and replaced it with paper. The Jews have stolen all of America's gold and silver. They were given it by their Jew comrade Roosevelt who ordered the swindle under Presidential decree in the late 1930s and by the Jew Lyndon Johnson who declared an end to silver based currency. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Chinese Wisdom [As deluded men fight and kill each other over who has the Name of God correctly spelled or pronounced, and Muslims pray to the moon god who was in ancient Arabia known as Allah, perhaps considering Lao Tzu's ancient advice has merit. "During the 1980s we gave Israelis free access to just about everything we developed in the way ot the latest military technology. The Israelis in turn, could barely wait to resell these advanced designs for hard cash. Their best customers turned out to be our former enemies [Red] China and its ally, North Korea. "... the communists found that the White House was willing to abandon its stand on nuclear non-proliferation rather than come clean about how successive administrations allowed Israel to trade in our most sensitive defense blueprints." -- The Spotlight, "Why Did U.S. Roll Over On North Korean Nukes?" by Martin Mann, page 1, January 24, 1994 [So as not to raise any American public knowledge, the Jew media announced in a tiny little blurb buried on page-9 of the San Francisco Chronicle of April 29, 1997 that America would be providing millions of dollars worth of food aid to North Korea for "humanitarian reasons," because this Communist dictatorship was going through a famine. Just like the millions of dollars worth of wheat that America provided to the USSR during the heigths of the Cold War, the Jews who control the United States government continue to prop up their secret allies, the Communist Countries. The same announcement mentioned that neither Japan nor South Korea was even vaguely interested in helping their worst enemy survive. So, why would we want to feed the Koreans if the Japanese and South Koreans didn't want to? First and foremost, Communism is Jewish. And secondly, the Jews own the five biggest grain cartels in the world, so they make money selling grain to our enemies. And the Jews who control both Communism and Capitalism see a benefit to themselves, so the deal goes through the Jewish-bribed Congress of the United States. Question: Who is more depraved and evil, the Jews who do the bribing, or the Congressmen who accept the bribes? One is untrustworthy and the other has been given an office of trust.
