I hadn't seen him for at least fifteen years since I left San Francisco's Chinatown for the more relaxing environment of the Santa Clara Valley. He is one of those many Chinese who have followed the America lifestyle of fast foods and a busy schedule. And like so many Chinese who have left behind the Old China for the New World, my friend learned a little bit of Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong Breathing methods when he was younger and then stopped practicing because he didn't feel anything different after a lesson or two. I bumped into him as he was delivering produce to a Chinese market in Cupertino. "Hey, long time! No see!" And then he told me his sad tale of operations and chemotherapy and he showed me his radiation scars. It breaks my heart to see the depredations that the Western Medical Monopoly is visiting upon the people of the world. Simple diseases are being treated with complex and expensive methods which fail utterly to either cure or to save - but the People must pay the medical bills anyway while they suffer and die! And once the Western doctors operate on you, it is very difficult for Chinese medicine to be of any use since the acupuncture meridians are usually damaged and the internal organs become depleted. Additionally, Western medicines are both poisonous and extremely YIN, so Chinese herbs are not usually effective in undoing the damage while such medicines are being taken. And to stop taking such poisons goes against the Western physicians advice, which allows them to "void the warranty", so to speak, and to threaten to stop helping you -- if, indeed, their ministrations can be called actual "help". I have to be careful about giving medical advice because as inept as the Western physicians are, they are both greedy for wealth and politically powerful and they do not allow anyone to interfere with their money-making frauds and swindles. So, the advice that I give must be classified as both "alternative medicine" and "traditional medicine" and as "common sense". The first, most necessary thing that a person needs for the healing of ANY disease, is to be able to breathe properly. Yes, regulating your breath is too simple for a Western physician to understand but an ordinary person can understand it. After all, air is our most essential element for Life. Without air, we die in a few minutes. Without water, we die in a few days. Even without food, we can last perhaps a month or more. So, the first thing necessary for understanding disease and good health, is to see if the person is breathing properly or not. Without proper breathing, oxygen is not distributed efficiently to the entire body and waste products are not expelled. I used a pulse diagnosis and immediately knew that my friend's lungs were impaired. I asked him to take a deep breath and I could immediately see that he was breathing in reverse. I explained that I cannot do anything that interferes with his present medical treatment because of legal requirements. But, I showed him what I am going to explain to you here. He went away happy that he had learned something vital to his health and something that EMPOWERED him to take more control over his life. But whether these words help you, depends upon no one but you. Unlike the Western physicians' advice, the Chinese doctors know that normal breathing is not done with the lungs. It is accomplished with the diaphragm. If you do not know where your diaphragm is, don't worry about it. All you need to know is how to put your palms one on top of the other over your belly just below your belly button. As you press inward with your hands and push your abdomen toward your spine, the air in your lungs exhales. Relax your hands, relax your abdomen and as the abdomen expands, the air rushes into your lungs without effort. Repeat this as often as you like, at first using your hands to press the abdomen and later practice breathing with the abdomen muscles alone as you become proficient with this method. As the belly goes in, the air goes out. As the belly goes out, the air goes in. This is natural breathing that every baby is born with but which is a skill that most people lose as they grow into adulthood. There are reasons why some people lose this ability, which I will not go into here. The first thing that happens when people practice breathing in this way, is that their blood pressure goes down. And they begin enjoying a calmer state of mind. This belly-breathing technique is the same that is used in meditation, in martial arts, in yoga and by people who live long and healthy lives. After all, the Japanese live longer than anybody on earth and "breathing from the hara" is taught to even the smallest of their children. Practice breathing with this method while standing, sitting, laying down and wherever your are every day. Practice for a few minutes before retiring at night and a few minutes when you get up in the morning or while driving to work or riding the bus, and you will find that your mind becomes alert and your general health improves. Western physicians have nothing to compare with the power of this method for both good health and recovery from illness. They don't teach it because they don't know it. And if they knew how beneficial to health that it is, they wouldn't teach it because they want the People to depend on them for a fee rather than to depend upon Nature for free. Perhaps I have saved my friend's life by reminding him this technique. After all, cancer is a Yin disease and cancer cells die if given enough oxygen. And this is something that he should have known before but, of course, not all Chinese understand kung-fu or qi gong. In fact, very few actually understand these things at all! Why? Because this is stuff from Old China and we are living in the New World. Of what use is all of that old stuff, anyway? But if you try it, you might like it. ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Why Jews Hate Spam by William Forrest Whenever there is a Big Media Splash about anything -- anything at all -- it is not enough to ask the age-old question of "Who benefits?"; but you must refine this question to "What do the Jews get out of it?" After all, the Jews own the Media, so they get a free podium from which to broadcast their opinions and they get free advertising for anything that they want to promote or demote or to ridicule. One of the topics that is on every radio station, in every newspaper and on every TV, is the subject of spam and how awful it is and how "WE" must do something to stop it. With all of these Jewish-owned media screaming in one unified Jewish voice concerning this subject, let us ask the question: What do the Jews get out of this? Spam is, of course, a trademarked and canned pork product that was featured in a Monty Python skit. And being pork, it is something that Jews all in a bunch abhor and distain and refuse to eat. "Spam" is also a smear word that is used describe "unsolicited email". So, the word "spam", being a pork product, is something that Jews would automatically reject. And this word was coined and promoted on the Jewish-owned media to describe something that they don't like and that they don't want anybody else to like, either. After all, the Jews own the Media and they make their money by selling ad space to you and to anyone else who wants to advertise in their newspapers, radio, magazines and TV. And if you have an opinion that the Jews don't like, then they don't allow you to broadcast that opinion since the Jews have the final say about what kinds of information that they will allow you to publish. It's usually called "censorship" but the Jews call it "freedom of the press" which means that on THEIR presses only THEY have any freedom. But the Jews don't own the Internet. So they don't make any money from all of those people who get free advertising for their products. And they can't restrict the Freedom of the Press or the Freedom of Opinion on the Internet like they can through their ownership of the other medias. And because the Internet and email are free without anyone having to pay the Jews for permission to use it, then the Jews are opposed to such Freedom of the Press and have vowed to put a stop to something that they can't control and can't make money from. The Jewish philosophy is: "If the Jews can't make money with it, then nobody else is allowed to make money with it, either." And so, the great chorus of screaming Jews began their irritating squeals in unison with a word that they could count on for all Jews world-wide to hate: Spam! Spam! Spam! Regular junk mail, as you know, arrives in your mail box asking you to buy something. As you sort your mail, you throw away the junk mail that doesn't interest you, you keep the junk mail that catches your eye, and maybe you buy something out of these commercial offers -- something that you would never, ever have found by yourself without these unsolicited advertising offers. In this way, like it or not, junk mail improves your life by opening new vistas. Junk mail is a part of the free enterprise system. It is useful in introducing you to new products and services that you would never have found without it. But do you hear the same screaming and whining in the Jewish Media about junk mail in your mail box? No, of course not! And why? Because with regular junk mail, the Jews make money. The Jewish advertising agencies design the ads for Jewish direct marketers and Jewish advertisers. Jewish print and fulfillment houses distribute the mail pieces and products. Jewish mailing list brokers control the prospect databases and mailing lists. And usually the products themselves pass through the hands of Jewish middlemen and importers. And if you have a product or service that the Jews don't like, you can still send your offers through the mails in an amateur sort of way, but you won't have access to the huge promotional capabilities that are controlled by the Jews. But with the Internet, a whole new area of advertising was opened up for free without having to pay the Jews for any part of it. So, since the Jews couldn't control it, they wanted to shut it down and restrict it until they could gain total control for themselves. If the Jews couldn't profit from it or control it, then they wouldn't let anyone else profit from it, either. Thus, the word, "spam", was applied to what they didn't like. The Jews used all of the evils of slander, vilification, and deceit at their command to squash this new media that they didn't control. Since they couldn't stop unsolicited email, themselves, they have deceived the People into abhorring it, instead. Granted, no one likes their email box filled up with unsolicited ads that they aren't interested in reading. Ads that are in line with one's interests, however, open up new vistas of goods and services. No one likes scrolling through and deleting the countless ads for pornography and sex products, get-rich-quick schemes and financial services -- which, strangely enough, are usually sent out by Jews. It all takes time and patience to sort through all of this junk eMail. But instead of passing laws requiring ethics and honesty among eMail advertisers, the Jews want to pass laws against spam, itself. They are not interested in truthfulness in advertising since they, themselves, use deceit and lies in their own advertising. Deceit and lies make them money but freedom and truth does not. They are not interested in Freedom of Speech or Opinion or Press, since they, themselves, want to be the sole authorities and opinion-makers in what is published or broadcast with no non-Jewish opinions allowed. And of course, with freedom of the press and freedom of opinion and freedom to distribute one's opinions and publications all for free, the enemies of and the victims of the Jews have been able to get past the Jewish-owned Media censorship. Christians and Muslims, White Nationalists and Klansmen, National Socialists and Fascists, British Nationalists, Russian Nationalists and Christian Identity groups all have had a chance to tell the people of the world their own opinions without censorship and without Jewish interference. And they were able tell their stories to the harassed and brainwashed people of the world who were benighted by Jewish propaganda, Jewish lies, and Jewish swindles. And they could do this all for free. This, more than anything else, frightens the Jews into their present foaming-at- the-mouth, rabid hatred of spam. The freedom of the Internet is a direct threat to the oppressors and the betrayers of Mankind, the Jews. And so, whenever the Media is opposed to or in favor of ANYTHING, ask yourself, "What do the Jews get out of it?" Stimulants like Ritalin, prescribed as a treatment for attention- deficit disorder, and anti-depressants were the most commonly prescribed drugs, according to the study, which experts said is the largest and most comprehensive to examine the topic. [Ritalin is manufactured by the Jewish drug corporations.] But the investigators, led by Dr. Julie Magno Zito, an associate professor of pharmacy and medicine at the University of Maryland, also found a steep rise in the use of anti-psychotic drugs, so-called mood stabilizers prescribed for mania or aggression, and other classes of potent psychoactive medication. [By drugging the children, the Nation is undermined and its future generations destroyed.] The study, experts said, offers further confirmation that pediatricians and child psychiatrists are increasingly turning to pharmacology as the treatment of choice for depression, attention disorder, severe anxiety, obsessive disorder, manic depression and other conditions diagnosed in young patients. [Each and every one of these so-called disorders are , without exception, directly caused by eatting sugar and white flour products of the Jewish junk food industry. So, the Jews sell the children the Cause of their disorders and then sell the parents the pills to dull the Causes.] Researchers said other figures suggest the trend of children taking drugs such as Prozac, Ritalin and Risperdal has continued since 1996. [The use of Psychopolitics on the children has increased.] But the effect of this trend, or even whether it is good or bad, is unclear, the experts said. [It is "unclear" because these so-called "experts" are Psychopolitical operatives and dupes and medical incompetents and quacks.] On the one hand, the findings reflect the emergence of new treatments, advances that have spilled over into the care of severely troubled children. [Treatments are never meant to be cures, they are only meant to enrich the Jews while destroying the children of the goyim.] On the other hand, little research exists to indicate whether psychiatric drugs are being prescribed responsibly in most cases, or whether they are being over-prescribed -- in part because health insurers are reluctant to pay for talk therapy and other non-medication treatments. [The health insurence industry is a Jewish industry. So, the Jews in health insurence refrain from financing anything that will actually help the children but prefer instead to finance the continued enrichment of their fellow Jews in the pharmaceutical business while enriching themselves with health insurence premiums.] Despite their widespread use, only a few psychiatric medications are specifically approved by the Food and Drug Administration for use in children: Earlier this month, Prozac won approval as a treatment for depression in people between the ages of 7 and 17. Also, the long-term effects of such drugs, particularly on the developing brain, are largely unknown. [Thus, the evil scientists are using drugs on children without knowing the consequences. And these consequences can only be bad. But they don't know how bad and they don't want the parents to know how bad, either. Thus, the stupid reactions of the scientists who throw their hands up in dismay and claim ignorance.] Given the dearth of knowledge, the widespread use of the drugs remains a subject of debate. [Except no one is actually debating anything. The drugs are being administered while the Jews flap their lips in the air and call it a "debate".] "The studies can't tell you anything at all about the quality of care or the outcomes of those treatments," said Dr. James March, a professor of child and adolescent psychiatry at Duke University Medical Center. "What we know is that mental illness is bad for your life, and an optimist's view would be that treatments, by reducing or ameliorating the symptoms of mental illness, are supporting a more normal developmental trajectory." [Once again, the fraud of Western Medical Knowledge rears its stupid head. They only give pills to "treat symptoms". They are not interested in Causes or Cures because they only make money treating sick people. They don't make money curing anyone.] Dr. James Leckman, a professor of child psychiatry, pediatrics and psychology at Yale School of Medicine, said psychiatric drugs were "useful tools when used properly." But he added animal studies had hinted that some psychiatric drugs might have a lasting effect on the brain when given before puberty. In the absence of more definitive studies in animals and humans, he said, "We're doing these experiments more or less with our own children." [No, the Jews are not using "their own children" they are using the children of the non-Jews for their money making and their experiements since this is cheaper than using animals to see if the drugs cause permanent brain damage.] Zito and her colleagues found of the 900,000 children and adolescents they studied, about 6.2 percent were taking at least one psychiatric drug in 1996, compared with about 2.5 percent in 1987. The participants in the study, which appears in today's issue of the "Archives of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine", were patients enrolled in Medicaid programs in two states and in a large health maintenance organization in the Northwest. [By using poor children, the evil scientists can guarnatee that they will not be sued by damaging the lives of wealthy families while still being able to push their pills.] In 1996, twice as many boys as girls were taking a psychiatric drug, the study found. But over the 10 years, the increases in stimulant use were greater for girls than for boys, especially in the health maintenance organization. Boys and girls appeared to be taking the drugs for longer periods of time than they did a decade before. [This is because the traitorous Bill Clinton Administration provided plenty of money for his Jewish bosses in the Medicaid programs.] The prescription of drugs like Clonidine, an anti-hypertensive medicine often prescribed for the insomnia produced by stimulants like Ritalln, also increased significantly, especially among the Medicaid patients. Clonidine, Zito and her colleagues noted, was almost never prescribed in 1987 but ranked among the five most often taken drugs in 1996. [The drug business is a great business. The Jews sell a pill that slows the kids' brains down but keeps them awake, and then sells a pill to counteract the first pill to put the kids to sleep. The doctors don't usually know what they are prescribing since the Jewish drug merchants bribe these physicians with all kinds of perks for selling their pills.] In an editorial accompanying the study, Dr. Michael Jellinek, a professor of psychiatry and pediatrics at Harvard Medical School, called the study's findings "an imperfect mirror of the scientific, clinical, financial and systems changes that impacted the mental health care of children between 1987 and 1996." [It's a imperfect mirror in that it doesn't reflect the truely evil ones behind the scenes making the money and destroying the children.] The study, Jellinek said, might reflect developments in scientific understanding and "thoughtful efforts" to use adult drugs in children and "to treat children with serious mental health needs." But, he added, "there are some disturbing clinical trends that limit optimism." [There can be no optimism as long as there are Jews allowed in the medical and psychology fields.] ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: America Being "Pearl Harbored" with Iraq by Christopher Bollyn The cabal of war fanatics advising the White House secretly planned a "transformation" of defense policy years ago, calling for war against Iraq and huge increases in military spending. A "catalyzing a event -- like a new Pearl Harbor" -- was seen as necessary to bring this about. The huge increases in U.S. military spending that have occurred since the terror attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, were planned before President George W. Bush was elected by the same men who are pushing the administration's "war on terrorism" and the invasion and occupation of Iraq. Billions of dollars in additional defense spending are but the first step in the group's long-term plan to transform the U.S. military into a global army enforcing a terroristic and bloody "Pax Americana" around the world. A neo-conservative Washington-based organization known as the Project for the New American Century (PNAC), funded by three foundations closely tied to Persian Gulf oil and weapons and defense industries, drafted the war plan for U.S. global domination through military power. One of the organization's documents clearly shows that Bush and his most senior cabinet members had already planned an attack on Iraq before he took power in January 2001. The PNAC was founded in the spring of 1997 by the well-known Zionist neo-conservatives Robert Kagan and William Kristol of "The Weekly Standard". The PNAC is part of the New Citizenship Project, whose chairman is also William Kristol, and is described as "a non-profit, educational organization whose goal is to promote American global leadership." Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Jeb Bush, and Paul Wolfowitz signed a Statement of Principles of the PNAC on June 3, 1997, along with many of the other current members of Bush's "war cabinet." Wolfowitz was one of the directors of PNAC until he joined the Bush administration. The group's essential demand was for hefty increases in defense spending. "We need to increase defense spending significantly if we are to carry out our global responsibilities today and modernize our armed forces for the future," the statement's first principle reads. The increase in defense spending is to bring about two of the other principles: "to challenge regimes hostile to our interests and values" and "to accept responsibility for America's unique role in preserving and extending an international order friendly to our security, our prosperity, and our principles." A subsequent, PNAC plan entitled "Rebuilding America's Defenses: Strategies, Forces and Resources for a New Century," reveals that the current members of Bush's cabinet had already planned, before the 2000 presidential election, to take military control of the Gulf region whether Saddam Hussein is in power or not. The 90-page PNAC document from September 2000 says '"The United States has for decades sought to play a more permanent role in Gulf regional security. While the unresolved conflict with Iraq provides the immediate justification, the need for a substantial American force presence in the Gulf transcends the issue of the regime of Saddam Hussein." "Even should Saddam pass from the scene," the plan says U.S. military bases in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait will remain, despite domestic opposition in the Gulf states to the permanent stationing of U.S. troops. Iran, it says, "may well prove as large a threat to U.S. interests as Iraq has." A "core mission" for the transformed U. S. military is to "fight and decisively win multiple, simultaneous, major theater wars," according to the PNAC. The strategic "transformation" of the U.S. military into an imperialistic force of global domination would require a huge increase in defense spending to "a minimum level of 3.5 to 3.8 percent of gross domestic product, adding $15 billion to $20 billion to total defense spending annually," the PNAC plan said. "The process of transformation," the plan said, "is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event -- like a new Pearl Harbor." "American Free Press" asked Christopher Maletz, assistant director of the PNAC about what was meant by the need for "a new Pearl Harbor." "They needed more money to up the defense budget for raises, new arms, and future capabilities," Maletz said. "Without some disaster or catastrophic event" neither the politicians nor the military would have approved, Maletz said. The "new Pearl Harbor," in the form of the terror attacks of Sept. 11, provided the necessary catalyst to put the global war plan into effect. Congress quickly allocated $40 billion to fund the "war on terrorism" shortly after 9-11. A Pentagon spokesman told AFP that $17.5 billion of that initial allocation went to defense. The U.S. defense budget for 2002, including a $14.5 billion supplement, came to $345.7 billion, a nearly 12 percent increase over the 2001 defense budget, Similar significant increases in defense spending are planned for 2003 (to $365 billion) and 2004 (to at least $378 billion) in line with the PNAC plan. Veteran journalist John Pilger recently wrote about one of PNACs founding members, Richard Perle: "I interviewed Perle when he was advising Reagan, and when he spoke about 'total war,' I mistakenly dismissed him as mad," Pilger wrote. "He recently used the term again in describing America's 'war on terror.' 'No stages,' he said. 'This is total war. We are fighting a variety of enemies. There are lots of them out there. All this talk about first we are going to do Afghanistan, then we will do Iraq ... this is entirely the wrong way to go about it. If we just let our vision of the world go forth, and we embrace it entirely and we don't try to piece together clever diplomacy, but just wage a total war ... our children will sing great songs about us years from now.'" "This is a blueprint for U.S. world domination -- a new world order of their making," Tam Dalyell, British parliamentarian and critic of the war policy from the Labor Party said. "These are the thought processes of fantasist Americans who want to control the world." "This is garbage from think-tanks stuffed with chicken-hawks," Dalyell said, "men who have never seen the horror of war but are in love with the idea of war."
