Today, two out of three Americans are said to be over weight. Strange, isn't it? All of the fingers are pointing at the fat people who suffer the blame for their chubby physics. Shame, humiliation, and being the butt of jokes, is the fate of these people. But whenever you see a pointing finger in these modern times, it is wise the look not only at WHAT the finger is pointing at but also WHO is doing the pointing. You will not find fat people pointing at themselves although you will find them trying to maintain a good humor and joining the mockery aimed at them with their own self-deprecation. And besides asking WHO is doing the pointing, it is a good idea to ask WHAT do they get out of pointing at others? Yes, the weight loss industry makes billions of dollars by making people believe that there is something shameful in being fat. But WHY are people over weight? If you look at the kinds of garbage that is being sold to the People under the false label which is called "food", you will see that the one's who are the CAUSE of obesity are actually the very hypocrites who are pointing their fingers at fat people. Isn't it clever of the merchants and industrialists to make money by selling fattening "foods" for a high profit and then selling weight loss regimens and diets to the very people whom they caused to become fat in the first place? Yes, the industrialists are so very clever to be able to profit from causing a problem and then doubling their profits by claiming to cure the same problem that they caused. From childhood to old age, the People are subjected to a malignant junk food industry that advertises processed foods that cause diseases such as tooth decay, heart disease, arthritis, cancer, colds and flues, impotence, kidney disease, prostate and ovarian malfunctions, and a myriad of other ills including obesity. And when we acquire these diseases, the same industry points its various fingers at us and claims that it is our fault for believing their lies and false advertisements. And then they offer to sell us an entire drug store full of so-called "cures". You might think that I am opposed to Capitalism, in this regard, but I am not. What I am opposed to is criminality, lies and deceit from the merchants and industrialists. I am opposed to the blatant hypocrisy of these junk food producers for putting profits ahead of the health and happiness of their own people. But knowing that the merchants and industrialists are corrupt and untrustworthy, is really the first step in curing food-related health problems. When you realize that EVERYTHING about food or food products that you see on TV or read about in the newspapers is false, then you can begin to find the True Path to good health for yourself. Fat people have been too trusting. If they see advertising for a new junk food that is nothing but fat, sugar, and denatured flour blended with synthetic flavorings, they assume that such products are good to eat because "the government wouldn't let the merchants advertise it and sell it to us if it was bad for us, would they?" Of course, the government is controlled by the politicians. And the politicians are traitors who are bribed by the merchants and special interests. None of these politicians leave office poorer than when they went in. If they are honest and work for the good of the People (like Jim Traficant and Paul Findley) then they are smeared and scandalized by the merchants and industrialists who fund their opponents and hound them out of office. Americans are not over weight because they are gluttons. They are over weight because they have been brainwashed by a never-ending barrage of hype, lies and swindles perpetrated by the junk food industry. And they believe those lies. I have written a booklet on weight loss that is available through the Bamboo Delight Company. You may find it worth reading or you may not. But the one, necessary thing that everyone needs to understand not only about weight loss but also about good health is this: Natural foods do not come in cans or boxes. Grains, beans and vegetables are all anyone needs to enjoy delicious meals and to maintain good health and long life. And these are cheap, too. Anything that is instant or quick out of a box, is garbage. It tickles your taste buds, fills you up, fills you out and destroys your health. Yes, I am pointing my finger. I am not pointing at the fat people but rather I am pointing at those who made them become obese. They are like parasites, these industrialists. They create ill health and social ostracism for millions of people who trust them and rely on their good intentions. But their intentions are not good. Their intentions are to make money from the suffering of humanity. What heartless creatures are they that cause suffering among others? What else can such merchants and industrialists be but demons? ----------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------- Innocent by Insanity by William Forrest If the criminals, thieves, murderers, perverts, and maniacs were released from the prisons and mental hospitals and given the task of writing laws and designing a complete legal system, they would no doubt write laws like we have today. Certainly, our modern laws were not written by ordinary people of common sense and honest integrity. They were written by Jewish lawyers, passed by Jewish-bribed legislators and presided over by Jewish judges. There is no other way to explain a legal system that actually encourages crime and protects criminals as do the laws that we have today, laws that could only be conceived in the twisted, perverted mind of either a criminal, a psychiatrist or a lawyer. For example, a few years ago in San Francisco, a cat burglar fell through the skylight of the building that he was burglarizing. Cut and bruised, he was taken to the hospital before he went to jail. He found himself a lawyer and he sued the building owner for having a faulty skylight and he won punitive damages! So much for common sense in the courtroom! Recently, corrupt CEOs of major corporations have been convicted of swindling hundreds of millions of dollars from their companies and from their employees' retirement funds and forcing their companies into bankruptcy. Is all of the money required to be returned? No. Bank robbers must return all of the money and go to jail. But CEOs can keep a few hundred million and maybe get a few months in jail before retiring to their vacation resorts in the Caribbean or Switzerland. So, who do you think writes these laws? Certainly not the bank robbers! Such laws are written by millionaire lawyers and politicians who are nothing but crooks in tailored suits. If they hang their heads and pretend to be remorseful, then they can return part of the spoils as "punishment" and keep the rest for themselves. After all, they "earned' it. So, it's only fair to them. Right? But the real indication that our laws are written by criminals in tailored suits is the insanity defense in murder cases. In this, the lying lawyers have actually persuaded the people that brutal murders are excusable if the murderer is either a low IQ moron or a maniac who was so crazy that he didn't know that chopping his victim into tiny pieces was a naughty thing to do. Perhaps his daddy spanked him as a boy or he didn't get the pony for Christmas that he had his heart set on as a child. So the lawyers claim that it was perfectly excusable for him to rape and dismember some little old lady. Such morons and maniacs are excused from their crimes and given a term in a mental hospital until they feel better. Then, they are released. In other words, the laws are not written to protect society from the criminally insane and from the moronic half-wits. These laws are written to protect the criminals from justice. Who benefits from this? Society? No! Here in California, a 52 year-old lunatic by the name of Michael David Peterson heard some voices in his head and went into a stabbing frenzy, killing a 73 year-old man and wounding the man's old wife. According to the lawyer and judge, Peterson was innocent as a lamb. It was the delusions in his brain that did the killing, so he was given time in a mental hospital and after 17 months, he was released. I am sure that you can recollect similar cases from your own community since all of the lunatics and lawyers do not live only in California. "He's better now. His mental illness is in total remission as long as he takes his medication," concurred his psychiatrists who qualified him for early release. "Many people who are found insane on homicide charges spend the rest of their lives in a hospital because no one is willing to say they are no longer mentally ill or dangerous," said Christopher Slobogin, a criminal and mental illness law professor at the University of Florida. (San Jose Mercury-News, 10/11/02) So, what does this say about the truth and accuracy of psychiatry as a pseudo-science, if these "experts" in delusion can say that a murdering monster is innocent by "reason" of insanity, while another murdering monster is guilty because he is sane? They can declare him insane and put him under their expensive hospital care but none of them are qualified to later declare them to be sane and lose a paying customer. There is an imbalance in Truth here. And the imbalance is in the heads of these psychologists and psychiatrists. They actually teach and promote these ideas and they actually want us to believe that they are not crazy, themselves! According to psychiatry and Jewish lawyers, it takes intelligence and common sense to murder someone, so these sane people must be removed from society by prison or execution. Furthermore, they claim that those who are insane or who are of an idiot mentality should provide psychiatrists with a steady income by being put in mental hospitals for life. Thus, we have a society, the laws of which are written by psychiatrists, Jewish lawyers and corrupt businessmen, who have figured out a way to keep themselves in a steady job with high pay while turning society into a gathering place and a nurturing environment for criminals. The politicians, lawyers, judges and psychiatrists are like mistletoe growing on an oak tree. They look pretty, all dressed up in the finest fashions, but they are parasites nevertheless. This is self-evident when you consider the OTHER side of the equation. That is, the side represented by the VICTIM of these crimes. Do the judges, lawyers and psychiatrists have any regard for the victims? Of course not! After all, the victims are dead, so why would the victims care one way or the other? What is important is to make the trial last as long as possible, give the murderer every opportunity to escape justice through years or decades of appeals and re-trials so the lawyer fees are as huge as they can get away with. And it is important to see that the murderer is given the maximum amount of expensive psychological counseling and fed the maximum amount of expensive, Jewish pharmaceuticals. The murderer is where the really big money is, not in some victim who gets buried and done with. The People should be less concerned with maniacs and murderers but more concerned with the one's who promote and profit from maniacs and murderers. After all, these are very intelligent people who are promoting crime and protecting criminals from justice. They know exactly what they are doing, so you can't say that they are crazy and lock them up as they actually deserve. Corrupt, venal, deceitful, liars, betrayers and crooks, yes, they are all of that. But since they demand high salaries and fancy perks, they fall into that esteemed profession of psychiatrist and lawyer. They don't actually kill anybody. They just make sure that the killers are well cared for and ready for a new life among the citizens. Perhaps next door to you, after they get better and the psychiatric drugs calm the voices in their heads. ----------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------- Founding Convention of the America First Party (an edited interview by Tom Valentine of Radio Free America, shortwave at 5.085 and 6.8890 Valentine's questions are in {brackets}) {The America First Party is now fully operational, as a result of its recent first-ever national convention.} Our national committee, which is a continuing body, was established back on April 20, 2002, just five days after we broke away from the Reform Party. We now have 19 state affiliates, plus we are organizing in another 12 or 15 states. At this convention we adopted a constitution for the party, adopted a platform -- nearly unanimously in all cases -- and we also elected a complete set of officers and committee chairs. At our first meeting we adopted a mission statement and we categorized our concerns into five areas: To preserve and protect our people and our sovereignty; to promote economic growth and independence; to encourage the traditional values of faith, family and responsibility; to ensure equality before the law and protecting those rights granted by the Creator; and to clean up our corrupted political system. We organized our founding principles based on that. Our platform is divided into five sections titled in the same fashion. We don't have an executive committee. We have an operating committee. We've put all of the authority in the hands of the national committee, composed of representatives of the states. The operating committee is made up of the four officers -- chair, vice chair, secretary, and treasurer -- plus the chairs of each of our seven standing committees. Eighteen of the 19 states that have affiliated with our party were represented at our convention. Michigan just organized and they weren't able to make it to the convention. We were completely united. Without sacrificing a vigorous debate we managed to get through our three day agenda in just over two days. Most of the times that third parties get started up, it's during a presidential election year with a great deal of energy around a single candidate. We are starting in a non-presidential year. That's because our focus is not on personalities but on principles and returning our country to the right principles. {Some people may ask why people should go to the America First Party when Howard Phillips already has the Constitution Party in place?} Quite honestly, there's a great deal of similarity in our platforms. Many of our founding members, watching the Reform Party being destroyed from within, discussed the question of whether we should affiliate with the Constitution Party. In fact, many of us had actually been involved in the Constitution Party, but we felt that something new was needed. Our attitude has always been that there are many fine people in the Constitution Party and we have great respect for Howard Phillips. However, when we looked at the party with sober reflection, we found that the party didn't have forward momentum. There are also people who have criticized the Constitution Party because they feel that it perhaps has too much of a religious overtone to it and I think we've struck the right tone there. Our approach to the question of God and faith in a political party is that we feel as though the Founding Fathers got it right. They felt that our rights came from a creator and they relied upon divine providence when they pledged themselves to trust in God. We feel that to go any further and make the America First Party more sectarian is not appropriate in politics. {What about the Libertarian Party?} Many of us have been involved in the Libertarian Party. However, the party's views on trade, immigration and other issues were incompatible. {Why do you see the Republicans and the Democrats having failed America?} They adopted a notion of trade and foreign policy that has badly damaged our industries and our ability to protect our people. We've got wide open borders that allow terrorists to come among us. The open borders allow our culture to be diminished and our language to be attacked and, quite frankly they have not allowed us to absorb immigrants in a way that we did in the past, in a way that was healthy for this country. They have entered into trade agreements but have not actually approved them in a constitutional way. They've got troops -- our sons and daughters -- scattered throughout the world in 117 countries. We've had thousands of troops sitting between Israel and Egypt in the Sinai desert for the last 22 years. I don't think those two countries are on the verge of going to war anytime soon. Why do we need a tripwire force there? {There are 36,000 U.S. troops between North and South Korea. We're policing the world.} The real outrage about the Korean situation is the shameless way that both the Republicans and the Democrats have sold America out to the Red Chinese. There are technology transfers and an awful trade deficit that have helped build up the Red Army and the Chinese nuclear missile threat, all of which funnels into the North Korean destabilization of the regime. Jim Traficant, who is our endorsed congressional candidate in the state of Ohio, was scheduled to be our keynote speaker, but he obviously wasn't able to be there in person. He did provide a 30-minute speech that he taped in Ohio before he was sentenced to jail. Mr. Traficant laid it all out for us and talked about the threat of these bad trade deals and China. {Traficant once stood on the floor of the House of Representatives and held up a pair of U.S. military boots that were made in Red China. That should have grabbed peoples' attention.} It's absolutely astounding. This is on top of the way that our national sovereignty, our jobs and our economic independence are being sold down the river. The American family is being sold down the river. The tax burden is so high that it has forced a major restructuring over the last 40 years. Both spouses now have to work to keep food on the table and to pay the taxes the government takes from us. You have to have extra money to pay for quality education because the public schools are going down the tubes. So at home and abroad we see an undermining of all the principles and values that have made this country great. One of the things we call for in our platform is for the elimination of all income tax and all property tax and for replacing it with a simple sales tax, uniform across the board. That's also why we adopted a resolution in support of the fair tax. We feel that it is not the business of the government to take care of everyone. We have a God-given responsibility to take care of each other, but we should do that through our families, our churches and our communities. It makes it very difficult on the American family to give to charity and to their churches when so much of our paycheck is taken away and paid out to causes that we do not support. If we were able to hold on to more of our money, we would be able to change that and channel it into those areas to take care of people. The other thing about taxes involves the IRS and regulations upon business and deductibility that have totally destroyed and warped our marketplace. You have corporations, large and small, that spend so much time trying to juggle their resources and assets to try to minimize their tax exposure. It is said that 24 percent of the cost of a General Motors automobile is tied up in the tax system. We have adopted platform planks calling for the IRS to be ripped up at its roots. Whether you believe the 16th Amendment was ever lawfully passed or not, it should still be legally expunged from the Constitution because an income tax is just fundamentally incompatible with the concepts of freedom and individualism that the Founding Fathers had. {You've also taken a strong stand against giobalist policies that impede on American sovereignty.} We take a strong stand against the taking of American land by international organizations such as the United Nations. In fact, we've called for the expulsion of the United Nations from the United States and dropping U.S. Membership in the UN. One of the things that is disturbing about the UN is its callous disregard for human life. Our platform has a strong pro-life plank in it. Without the right to life, freedoms is meaningless. We believe the framers of our nation were right when they talked about life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. We believe that all life is precious, from the pre-born to the elderly and we take a strong stand on that. We also have adopted a plank on adoption, making it easier for people to adopt children who need good homes. We seek to overturn Roe v. Wade, the Supreme Court ruling that allows abortion. We do take a strong stand on that. Education is a key value as well. One of the things that has attracted a lot of people to the America First Party is the fact that the U.S. has an education system that both the Democrats and Republicans have signed on to: it's a federal system that keeps on taking more and more power away from the parents and the local school districts. The result is a system that brainwashes the children into a culture built on bread, beer and circus instead of good solid values and skills they need to read and write and think clearly. We're going to turn the Department of Education into a block grant program that would be phased out over a number of years. Almost half the money spent by Washington on education never leaves the District of Columbia since it is spent on the bureaucracy of the Department of Education. You turn that into a block grant that diminishes over time and gives local people and schools control. When parents are involved, students succeed. Any time the government takes over anything -- including education -- it is bloated and inefficient. Forty percent of the cost of elementary and secondary education is compliance with federal regulations. {A strong educational system would make a strong America.} When we say that we put America first, we mean it when we are talking about jobs and American industry. We're firmly opposed to GATT, NAFTA, the World Trade Organization, the World Court and all of those things. We're not ashamed to be American chauvinists when it comes to the American economy. We think we should look out first for American jobs, American productivity. We've seen our heavy industry leave the country. We see our jobs going across the border to Mexico, especially industrial jobs. We believe in fair trade, not free trade, and we've adopted a strict "Buy American" policy in our platform that favors American goods and raises revenue by placing tariffs on imports. Bear in mind that the corporations have bought their influence with the major parties. Another plank in our platform severely limits the way in which corporations can make contributions to candidates and to parties. What our platform says is that the only people who should be permitted to campaign for political candidates are registered voters. Only registered voters should be permitted to influence the political process. We just don't believe when it comes to politics that corporations have First Amendment rights. They are not real people. Roger Simmermaker, our Florida state chairman, has written a book showing how Americans can, "Buy American." Year after year it gets more difficult, but that's our goal. We have some knowledgeable and tremendously talented people involved in our party, working to build a real choice for America. The Democrats and Republicans have hundreds of millions of dollars of corporate money and foreign money. They can hire people to do their work to get them elected. We aim to elect patriots to office who are committed to our platform. That's why we want people who join our party to really get involved. We have a candidate in New Jersey named Ken Feduniewicz. He's running in New Jersey's Third Congressional District. We have Jim Giles running in Mississippi running, in the Third District. Our premiere candidate is, of course, former Rep. Jim Traficant, running as an independent but endorsed by the America First Party. In an amazing outpouring of support, even after he was indicted, the voters signed petitions to put him on the ballot. "The Youngstown Vindicator" newspaper has been very hostile to Traficant, but they have conducted scientific polls and Traficant is getting better than 50 percent of the vote against both his Democratic and Republican challengers. The people in his district know him best and know the people who went against him to get him convicted. They know that he was railroaded and that he's done what's right for them in the past. We're hopeful for his chances in November. If we are going to build a party, though, we also need some local candidates. For example, we've got James Edwards, who is running for the state house of representatives in Tennessee in the 97th district around Memphis. We've got Cameron Bates, a decorated police officer, who is running for city council in Port St. Lucie, Fla. Bates is the first, third party candidate in the history of the AFL-CIO to get the AFL-CIO's endorsement. It's amazing. They even rejected the Democratic candidate and went with Bates because he's the best choice. {What is the America First Party's policy toward the Federal Reserve System?} We have real problems with the Federal Reserve and call for its dissolution. The Constitution doesn't give any power for a corporate entity such as the Federal Reserve banks to control our money supply. We want to see the return of U.S. Treasury Notes and the abolition of Federal Reserve Notes. We take a very strong stand in favor of the Constitution and the reinstitution of all of the constitutional provisions, not just some of them, and especially those that are protected by the 10th Amendment. Restoring sound money and abolishing the Federal Reserve is high on our agenda. One of the things that will happen if our tax policies are enacted is that, regardless of what the Federal Reserve does before we eliminate it, interest rates are going to go down automatically. We are going to see prices come down and the tax burden actually spread among all of the people instead of seeing a tax burden that makes serfs of some, welfare recipients of others, and criminals of all of us. {The America First Party is taking a tough stand in opposition to the proposed U.S. war against Iraq.} One of the things the America First Party believes in is the advice given to us by our first president, George Washington, who admonished us not to have permanent alliances with other nations. So we believe in a foreign policy that puts America first and keeps America strong so that if anyone raises their hand against us, we are ready to massively retaliate to protect our people and our land. That doesn't mean going around trying to police the world and babysitting all of the bickering parties. In particular, we adopted a resolution making it very clear that at present there is no reason to go to war with Iraq, unless the country of Iraq actually strikes at the American people. In fact, if the president doesn't follow the Constitution and get a declaration of war from Congress -- which is the only way that the Founding Fathers would permit this country to send troops to battle -- we are going to call for his impeachment.
